  1. "I just replied well mate a bet you're looking forward to watching your goals on motd." So.. We had the same number of goals shown on motd than they did this weekend then.
  2. During the game Blackburn made what seemed like a backpass which their keeper picked up but didn't get booked for. Does anyone know what happened with this?
  3. Where can I place a bet that the next step will be making those working for companies offering health insurance or over a household income of 50k before tax (the same as child credit?) will need to pay to see a GP or use A&E for non medical emergencies.
  4. So where in SJP will we put them?
  5. We could have had so many more if we stopped trying the glory shots from outside the box when we have people hanging around the goal mouth.
  6. If you do the High Street range when we have a really dry summer there's a good chance of seeing Mardale coming out of the retreating waters of Haweswater.
  7. I think he's just realised that training isn't going to work and resorted to days out to fill their day instead.
  8. I think @@Renton once posted that they're like the Grinch who stole Christmas looking down on Whoville and can't understand why nobody is sad.
  9. Every time a new story comes out about their financial status I think they're getting closer and closer to this. W Why would he? He can stay away and always be the guy who saved Sunderland last season and did no wrong or become another manager who failed.
  10. I think they're a long way from being down but the vortex of hate they've got themselves into on RTG is entertaining to watch. They seem to be split into two factions; those who blame the whole thing on Moyes and those who think the players need to step up. Anyone daring to question anything is by default "a mag" but all hope is on a Chinese consortium buying them from Short and rather than treating them like any other business in their portfolio, hand over a pre signed, blank chequebook in time for the January window to open. The whole Allardyce returning thing they have bubbling away screams of Stockholm syndrome.
  11. I do love how they all thing Allardyce is the magic bullet which will fix everything. RTG will go into meltdown once because he's back (pretending that all of the threads against in the summer never happened) and then again when he fails to turn them around. This is proving to be an entertaining season!
  12. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/andros-townsend-been-pardewed-newcastle-12106094? Now that we know our current squad and the rotation strategy being used, would Townsend be getting more or less games if he's stayed with us?
  13. Carlos Ghosn, Nissan's chief executive "Nissan might not invest in the Sunderland plant unless the government guaranteed compensation for costs related to any new trade tariffs resulting from Brexit." [Meets with Theresa May] - A Nissan spokesman said making the X-Trail at Sunderland could lead to hundreds of new jobs being created in the coming years. Does this mean we've just committed to a compensation plan against tariffs which are yet to be agreed???
  14. Endless conference calls and drinks with straws are a great combination.

  17. Have none of them considered that Short has probably got bored bailing them out each season and is now looking to downsize them to a profit making / break even Championship club rather than a Premiership business which loses millions year on year?
  18. I've said it before on this board; it's pure genius and I was I thought about it myself. The unwashed are going to snap this book up and stuff it into the stockings of all their rugrats and husbands this Christmas. Almost every copy will go unread and those that can read and realise it's shit won't speak out because it's "6 in a row!". Easy money for the author.
  19. Hopefully the scoreline wont hide all the dreadful passing throughout that game when they prepare for Preston.
  20. I expected a lot of things on RTG after they lost but not a thread arguing the offside rule and whether that goal should of counted. On a plus side we're not going to see any of that "if the league started this weekend we wouldnt be at the bottom" nonsense that you know will happen when they next get a point.
  21. They truly are falling apart at the seams. One of them has decided just saying "Championship" to any mags is the silver bullet and wins all arguments. At no point can he comprehend that the position we're in as a club as a whole is far better than it was last season regardless of the league we're in and that's a positive thing. Even if you ignore that we get to feel good after a game rather than let down and disappointed, our road map legitimately has us looking mid table next year; that isn't a boast or anything other than we look to be a position to get promoted based on our current form and the ongoing changes being made to the squad will have use above 17th next season. That's a far better outlook than to be debating a new manager and looking for a first win this far into the season, again.
  22. RTG is now a constant source of entertainment as they implode; those who think they'll go down and those who then label them as "bedwetters" with regular what-ifs and "we'll have 20 points by Christmas, everyone will be fit and we'll be fine" Given their current performance and the quite public annual losses, cash wise, each year; how long could they survive in the Championship before the running costs of the stadium becomes an issue? If Short has given up on them, as many of them believe, the 100 million TV payout at the end of the season could go straight to paying his numerous bailouts rather than new players.

    Shaving

With the exception of the razor, I use the same list. I prefer the razor to be heavier so it's weight does most of the shaving rather than pressure I'd need to apply and use this one: http://www.shavelounge.co.uk/merkur-futur-safety-razor
