First report I saw yesterday about his removal said “within 48 hours.” That had obviously been fed to the press by the club. Might be some contractual legality that needs addressing.

It is really sad. There are loads of other small NE clubs of a similar stature, whose fans just get on with being fans of their own clubs. Blyth Spartans, Darlington, Gateshead, Whitley Bay, to name a few. Time they woke up and realised where they are in the grand scheme of things.

The mackems love their acronyms don’t they? RTG, SMB, FTM. LJ, AJ, KLD. Oh aye and ALS Hmm… Amanda Louise Staveley… apt 🙂
