  1. Can't remember it was months ago I'm still to establish their motive for sending 5-0 to that doctors and ignoring his warnings
  2. Not understood? Do elaborate. Human to human transmission is common thing in the history of human viruses, it's understood. The question of whether this virus had the capability shouldn't have taken long to establish given how contagious it is. Yet the WHO, who I read the Chinese have or had a lot of influence over, published completely inaccurate info. Weird.
  3. Younger people have stronger immune systems than older but the Spanish Flu was wiping them out disproportionately wasn't it? Or have I misremembered that?
  4. OK we lie before but now we tell truth.
  5. So why did they deny it and silence the doctor that raised the alarm? They could have eradicated it with much less effort and before it spread at the time. I mean they're corona veterans, they knew that denying it early doors would only lead to one thing. Odd. Ahhh it's the chinese, they were too embarrassed to admit it weren't embarrassed about negating on their word re: Hong Kong like. But they suddenly have a sense of shame when it comes to coronaviruses.
  6. If i was going to design a virus to release onto the world l, I'd probably have it spread before symptoms show. Wouldn't have it chin kids and world have it wipe more men than women. Women and children first etc. Oh..
  7. And when Biden lifts all the trade tariffs it'll have all worked out okay for 'em in the end:)
  8. They'll both be fucked after a couple of rounds. Joke contest.
  9. I remember you agreeing with me shortly after his death that he was silenced I guess I find it hard to trust anything China says after their cover-up attempts were revealed. A bit like when Mike Ashley told us he'd suddenly decided he wanted to win a cup.
  10. Error or the perfect cover-up. I mean it's a fact that they knew about it long before they acted, despite them knowing plenty about the consequences of doing so, so what were they playing at? Why would they send the police round to shut that doctor up? Also @renton what would you say the contraction and subsequent death rate is for 30 something otherwise healthy doctors on the front line? I bet it's low enough for him dying after attempts to shut him up didn't work to be a gigantic suspicious coincidence.
  11. Of course there's no evidence. You wouldn't expect an amateur cover-up job plenty to suggest china has acted dodgy af though
  12. All the more reason to be suspicious then
  13. I'm saying it's suspicious how wrong they were
  14. WHO initially downplayed human to human infection too. Curious.
  15. Why waste time with denial given how long in the tooth you say they are with corona outbreaks and how quickly they can eradicate one?
  16. He's also our most expensive defender ever so I stand by my point
  17. Well that doesn't really marry up with Renton's water off a duck's back suggestion. They've been through this shit before and should know that denial and cover-up wasn't a solution. They denied and covered up and then after they were sure it'd spread quickly got on top of it. Funny, that. Probably just making sure it wasn't the same damp salt and pepper squid that Sars was.
  18. I'm not writing him off but he's hit double figures in the PL once and his overall PL goal:game ratio is worse than 1 in 3. I don't think you can confidently say he's still in his prime after last season. He needs to prove that.
  19. £20m on a couple of relegated attacking players isn't ambitious. We've signed them because they're cheap and on the back of a bad season. The Lewis signing does seem to be costlier than we'd normally be willing to pay for that kind of player though.
  20. If they had nowt to hide, why the cover-up at the start? And why the underreporting of their case numbers? Almost as if they downplayed the severity because they didn't want others to be prepared for how bad they knew it was.
  21. I'm basing it on that they've been the source of two coronaviruses in a short space of time, that they've got on top of it suspiciously quickly and that their biggest economic rivals and said rivals hostile-to-china president have suffered more than anybody. Oh and that the seemingly healthy 30-something doctor that piped up about the virus mysteriously died of it shortly after. He wasn't fat or old. I don't expect there'll be a smoking gun anywhere.
  22. Not before they mysteriously died of the virus anyway. Before China waved its magic eradication wand. They're not even social distancing in Wuhan now.
  23. I still don't see how anyone can dismiss the idea that this was deliberate by China. They've seemingly eradicated it quickly and effectively and after silencing any early whistleblowers. It's surfaced just a few years after their last novel coronavirus and disproportionately effected their biggest economic rivals, whose president is hostile towards them and is up for reelection soon.
