She's got a lot of issues from her past that she'll carry with her for life. I knew she was emotionally unstable but didn't mind as still has a trustworthiness about her which has made the whole thing harder to swallow. Ah she's trying to blame it on me though. We had a fall out, without actually breaking up, and I retreated waiting basically waiting for her to apologise. Rather than do that, she got back with her ex and it's my fault for not having been in touch for weeks.

I've lost interest in even my regular hobbies. Didn't even realise the toon were on last Friday. Been sat watching the 24/7 Pawn Stars channel on IPTV for about 5 days. Might actually see a doctor, but without relative anonymity it's not really that easy to talk about.

Had a good bash at drink and drugs and that doesn't seem to be either. Went canny radgie and punched a double glazed window through, after her woman-beating ex appeared at it squaring up to me from behind the glass when I went to collect my belongings, which whilst highlighting how nails I am ultimately resulted in a lot of blood and a visit from the police. So of course now I'm the bad guy, not the lying slag or the woman-beater she's returned to. Pretty much gone full-hobo now, haven't shaved in weeks which for a man that can't grow a beard isn't a good look. Also had to engage in a period of self-isolation which has left me alone to ruminate on events. All fun and games

On a less black-loathing note, I was walking back from a nearby petrol station the other nights after purchasing some meltdown cigarettes, and a car went past me, and somebody in it opens a door and let out a lit firework, which skidded down the road and exploded metres away from me. At the same time, two police cars in no apparent hurry just happened to be coming the in opposite direction and witnessed the entire thing. They just pretended nowt happened and carried on.

Been unintentionally on less calories than Gemmill after a bit of a shocker of a break-up. Despite all the perceived wisdom around such issues, taking a run and jump is proving difficult to resist.
