Coaching an overhauled squad is a huge challenge. Look at our early season championship form. We can't do that next season and hope to get away with it. The premier league will be a lot less forgiving.

We'd need to improve down the spine. A quality combatitive-type midfielder and a less limited centre half for sure. Then probably a quality forward/number 10 depending on formations. Replacing Murphy, Hanley and Colback. If we don't sign Atsu then a winger too
