  1. That was the last win vs them at SJP, aye. Last time we beat them was the Ryan Taylor 0-1 at the dark place.
  2. Norwich are too poor of a team to win the 3 team league out of themselves, us and the mackems. Their team must be pretty bloody special if they ship 6 goals vs us.
  3. None of the usual bullshit about it being a battle or the winner will be whoever wants it most. Of course commitment is important, but just as important is making your quality count. He really is a breath of fresh air. Still can't believe he's our manager. All he needs is a suit that fits.
  4. No idea what's going to happen. On the one hand Sunderland have a goalscorer, an extra point and better goal difference. On the other, we have arguably better players, better fixtures and Rafa: a much better manager than hippo heed. We lose, that's it. A draw and it's a struggle, win though and we're favourites to stay up.
  5. Aye he is a gargantuan bell end like. I used to watch him up until he put a green screen behind himself, where he looks like a total wank stain, and now he just irritates me. And just went through the NUFC thread on RAWK. We have a lot in common with Liverpool more than we would like to admit, given how seemingly universally disliked they are.
  6. I saw this post on another forum and couldn't help but share it. Great read.
  7. His first interview here on the club site. Club decided to make it free to all. http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20160311/nufctv-benitez-the-first-interview_2281670_5412606

  9. I'm looking forward to a match for once for the first time in like, well, ever.
  10. Our youth teams are still shite. 0-3 down at home and it's not even half time. EDIT: It's 1-3 now but that's not the point.
  11. With Rafa in charge I am confident we'll get top 4 next season, despite the very tricky away games to Ipswich and Blackburn.
  12. Utterly tragic. And that topic at the bottom there, "scum songs during the derby" .
  13. I remember that win coming only from Swansea being utterly useless in the final third.
  14. BBC say otherwise, like. EDIT: This is misinterpreted. Quite a bit.
  15. Just trying to imagine what the conversation was like between Charnley and Benitez
  16. The most un-NUFC thing to ever happen in my lifetime. FWIW, over on RTG their thread for all of the McClaren speculation has reached 63 pages. Not obsessed like marra. FTM
  17. BT Sport People referring to Manchester United as "United". Infuriates me. Alan Pardew NUFC fan expectations are too great (that seems to be starting to be put to bed now)
