Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)
Graing replied to Tooj's topic in Newcastle Forum
Anybody. There's no longer doubt that this is on McClaren now. Not sure who can be brought in, but I am fairly certain he will take us down if not ushered out of the wheel house. -
Newcastle United v Aston Villa (19/12/15 17:30 ko Sky)

Let's go with cock-eyed optimist. Not sure we're in idiot territory just yet.... but close -
That was vile. I expect he'll get a long layoff for that one. Would have been a broken leg for sure if the foot was planted.

McClaren out man. How is he not starting Perez? -
But look at the common denominator. The winnable matches where Mitro didn't leave the bench and Perez either didn't start or didn't play at all. Last week was an "oops we won" moment and everyone knows it. That said.... We may be looking down at Chelsea in the table tomorrow evening

Happy birthday.

If McClaren thinks about not trotting these two out for the remainder of the season, someone needs to kick him square in the jewels. I may fly over and do it myself.

Still don't understand how McClaren got this job. Perez has shown more heart and effort than anyone and should be starting every game. Glad to see someone convinced him to put Mitro in. Don't know why he's been in seclusion these past few matches as Cisse is shit. McClaren's ineptitude infuriates me.

Newcastle United v Liverpool (6/12/15 16:00 ko Sky)

I'm trying to temper my enjoyment of that game. Why can't we show effort like that on a more consistent basis? Great 3 points where no one would have expected. Bringing Gouffran on though? Come on. And what did Mitro do to McClaren. I think this was - oops we won. -
I know I'm an ugly American and all, but I just don't understand the thumb sucking - and now pulling a pacifier out of your shorts and sucking on it - celebrations in the PL. Embarrassing.

Don't think Garde can pull Villa together, but it's hard for me to imagine two other teams bad enough to finish below us. Unless someone reminds Ashley that he's about to lose millions in TV money through relegation, and he fires the whole of the board and coaching staff, we're down. Ashley needs to have a moment of rage and clear out the lot and send most of the heartless players packing as well. A total rebuild in January is his only hope other than relying on the likes of Norwich, Bournemouth and the Mackems to utterly collapse.

Almost have to at this point, including (especially) McClaren. Only a few salvageable pieces in this club and one of them is out the rest of the season. Defending was beyond atrocious yesterday and there is no sign of leadership or pride. Each passing week convinces me a bit more that we're down. Especially listening to Bagdad Bob's managerial spin.

And watching that smug kiddie diddler run down to the Newcastle fans after. Rage inducing. Sure all the unwashed are celebrating with him tonight. Juice boxes and fruit snacks all around.
