i haven't managed to get a single ticket in the ballot this season i haven't entered as many as i did last year however and have been more successful in the resale, thanks to some advice from TBD and KD. it's always worth refreshing in the build up to the game itself as tickets do pop up. it's just annoying as they're usually single tickets - it's practically impossible to get a pair of tickets together now unless you pay over the odds via one of the tout websites.

i'm buzzing for the game tomorrow. my first home game since the 4-3 against forest. i'm on a two game heater after the west ham triumph and feeling good about tomorrow. anyone know if they're planning to lift the trophy again? i imagine eddie has called time on that and it's back to business now after the celebrations on saturday but i'd love to see it in the flesh

is it a year extension? if so it makes total sense. schar still has plenty to offer as a squad player - just like trippier. he's been immense since the takeover despite a little wobble in form in the second half of this season. younger legs are definitely required in the summer to provide competition at CB.

Sky, ITV and CNN?!? had streams of it too so the total numbers were even higher. If I’d been home I’d probably have done the parade and watched the event in a boozer too but it was funny as fuck watching the players celebrate on stage - Bruno stole the show bit Isak was class too. Final word has go to Eddie. He looked like he was having a ball and seemed more relaxed on stage in front of 100k fans and a live global audience than he does being interviewed post-match.

That was class. I even enjoyed watching the “event” in the end. Big crowd but looks like most of those lining the streets made the right call by going to the boozer. I imagine town bars will do a roaring trade this evening. Bruno stole the show but I enjoyed Isak’s attempt at Geordie too. And finally an interview with him without a question about his future! The Sela drone thing was a bit anticlimactic but maybe it was more impressive in the flesh.
