i agree with gemmil. we should have been far more aggressive and declared early. i can see this one heading for a draw, especially with the wall still to come in. he can hang around at the crease all day if required.

boarding is different class. once you try it you'll never go back to skiing. i've just got back from a week in courchevel (french alps). it's defintely worth persevering with. i had a few hairy runs when the visibilty fucked up but you soon forget about the sore arse from the first couple of days when you're linking turns and cutting up the fresh powder off piste. there's just nothing like riding untouched snow....it's like surfing through air - you've just got to try not to fall over because you can end up getting buried waste deep in snow and having to swim through snow to saftey.

bland, middle of the road gash tbh

how is he taking the piss? the man's got a broken bone in his foot. when he's played for us he's looked commited and well worth the money we spent on him. it's a shame he's missed so much of the season but i don't see any evidence to back up claims that he is only interested in england and not newcastle.

rearrange these words: happen not to going it's

yeah - it's all about the free weights tbh done a bit of reading up on high intensity interval training and was thinking of giving it a go. anyone done it before? is it the best form of fat burning cardio?

'Phoenix Nights' star to host new 'Bullseye'

i thought you were going to say peter kay. now that would have been inspired. -
reminds me of the final scene in grease. "all the gang is back together". now we just need htl and renton to fly off in to the sunset together in a 1950s convertible
-
bring back htl! and blaydon while we're at it. maybe we should start an online campaign...try and drum up some media interest. probably deserves its own forum even.
-
you can't go!!!! we need you and leazesmag to bring balance to the forum. otherwise threads like this one will be overrun by do-gooders, left wing university lecturers and pro-middle east crusaders. honestly.... cheers for the entertainment lads. can't remember the last time i laughed so much at a thread on here. regarding the child killing/paedophile....you and renton should just kiss and make up. this forum would be a far duller place without you both.

You don't need to be a fancy Dan lecturer to laugh at the irony of that. 107039

at the minute i'm trying to do 3 weight sessions (45-60 mins) and 2-3 cardio workouts a week. either 5 a side (60 mins) or 30 minute run or treadmill, with 1-2 rest days....usually 2 if i've had a big weekend. you reckon i should stick to that plan or increase the cardio? if you were trying to burn fat would you go high or low intensity cardio? i eat pretty well during the week but usually let it slip at the weekend. i really can't be arsed to count calories either - that's probably the reason i'll never get rid of the last bit of fat. some lucky cnuts don't need to watch what they eat to stay in great shape.....bastards.

i've tried drinking red wine during the week but there comes a time (usually friday night after work) when only a pint of stella will do.

morning. anyone here into excersise? how much do you do in a week? anyone got any tips for burning fat? i've been going to the gym for a while now and i've managed to put on a decent amount of muscle and reduce my body fat i but can't shift the beer gut entirely no matter how much cardio and how many crunches i do. i want to cut the final bit of fat off for summer. i keep hearing different opinions about which is the best form of cardio to burn fat. some say longer workouts at lower intensity, others say shorter but high intensity runs. i've been leaning towards lower intensity 30 minute runs as i was told that high intensity running can burn your muscle off as well as your fat. is there any truth to this? should i join a spinning class or stick the more gentle 30 minute runs?
-
he could well be off in the summer but i doubt we'd let him go for less than we paid for him. i'm sure there's a get out clause but surely even fat fred isn't stupid enough to set the fee at less than £16m. he owes us at least another season after all the injuries. if we get a decent manager in and qualify for europe he might end up staying.
-
man u televised games.... not our speciality. we were outclassed. all too predictable.
-
his distribution is a bit hit or miss but that mistake today aside, he's hardly put a foot wrong defensively this season. he doesn't look a natural full back to me but he's done well for a young lad in a dodgy backline. he's looked far more composed at times than bounsong (£8m) and bramble (£5m). i reckon he could turn out to be a decent centre half in time.
-
change the record. he's gone. get over it.
-
i'll show me arse in fenwick's window if we get any better than a draw
-
anything other than a hiding is a bonus.

why is this thread still going on? it should have ended here No, I'm not Alex, I'm realistic enough to be happy enough with Fred not to rabbit on about replacing him all the time 101164 What's the relevance of Doug Ellis to NUFC? How much money do Villa make compared to us? Why don't you compare our spending to comparable clubs like Liverpool? I think you are beginning to sound obsessed on this one Leazes. Shepherd takes much more money out of the club than he should - this is something every expert accountant seems to agree on. He also reinvests money in buying players, but this is NOT HIS MONEY. It's the proceeds that he gets from fleecing the fans, something he openly admits to. Yet we put up with it because we love our club, it's that simple. Comparing Shepherd to chairmen of poorer clubs or NUFC chairmen from a bygone age proves nothing and certainly does not make up for Shepherds gross incompetence of the past few years which have cost us a fortune. 101170

You think Owen is going to stay then, Dan? 103391 yes. unless someone comes in with a stupid offer i think he'll stay.
-
i think bellamy and owen could work together. i also think shearer will be replaced despite owen signing. we can't go in to next season with owen, chopra and shola as our only strikers.
