yes! that's what i'm talking about. one of hitchcock's best, alongside strangers on a train, rope and dial m for murder -
the 37 goes right past my house.

I still am gonna bring in the big bucks. £80 a week

nufcblog.com? i'm guessing that's not a concrete source. i'll believe it when we see the evidence on jimbo's telly. what we need is for kevin to say he won't be signing. it worked with gosling.

Is it Scotch? Is it whisky? Is it Scotch whisky?

maybe in the provinces. not down here in the smoke, i'd wager. it's budvar, stella, kronenberg etc all the way down here. -

i don't get why americans don't like nice lager. i just got back from vegas, it's light beer all the way out there. I don't think their taste in lager is any worse than most British people's like, do you? Even Bud Light is nicer than Carling. carling's piss though isn't it? i don't know anyone who drinks it, or many pubs that even sell it on draught anymore. british beer is all about real ales, not crappy lager. premium strength, continental lagers on the other hand are different gravy, and pretty much all you can get on tap in london bars. i can't understand why they don't stock them in most american bars. serioulsy, i just got back fromt he states and it's miller and bud light all the way over there. no nice, strong european lagers anywhere -
do it!. best tv drama to come out of the US since the sopranos imo

n'zogbia got shitload of points for wigan on fantasy football last season. can't decide between him and ethrington this year. both similar in price but etherington takes pens.

how are you watching it? online? it's not on uk tv is it?

i can see mancini getting the sack if they start poorly. he didn't do much better than hughes last year tbh and they're going to expect results with the amount of cash they're throwing around

11th would be more than good enough. 16th is probably what we all fear and expect - dreading every saturday and constantly looking over our shoulders.

i honestly couldn't say who our first choice right back is. it's the one real weak link in the defence, unless this perch lad turns out to be quality. not sure either simpson or ryan taylor are up to being our first choice right back in the premier league. hopefully perch will be.

i really enjoyed it. made me laugh throughout. i really like jim carrey in straight roles. or straight gay roles in this case -
i'm taking a punt on blackpool's adam and ethrington of stoke (both pen takers) my midfield is looking pretty gash tbh but how else do you fit lampard, droga, terry and rooney in the side? last year i went for fewer top draw players and a bigger number of good to average ones and got pummeled. this year i'm going for 4 big name players that (i hope) will get the steady big points and am filling the rest of the slots up with bargain basement offerings.

I took Barton and have him as a sub for that reason- on the off chance he turns up, at 4.5 he's a relative bargain. If not, no harm. I tell ya who I thought could be a real sleeper is Jose Enrique at 4.0. I grabbed him up with the way that defense scores points in fantasy. isn't it all to do with clean sheets and goals and assists? we surely won't keep many clean sheets and jose has only got one goal in 3 seasons iirc. what else do they get points for? i assume you're in the official online premier league game...
-
that's what i was thiking. but for fantasy football, which one would you pick? i personally would rather see routledge play more games than barton but i suspect braton will be a regular (if fit) plus he might be our pen taker.
-
depends on which quote you're on about. there was one earlier from 12 angry men but the "from a great height over water" ois from north by north west, so technically, it's andrew's turn
-
whoops. just realised this is in the wrong forum
-
the main reason i'm putting this out there is i'm putting together one of those online fantasy football teams. unsurprisingly, our lot offer good value for money. i was thinking of putting in routeledge - a steal at £4.5m - as i'm guessing he'll play most of our games. but it wouldn't surprise me if barton starts, and on last night's evidence maybe takes pens too. so what's the consensus? will barton finally do something this season? and who would you go for in a fantasy football side ? roteledge or barton? they're both the same price
-
nope, but you're both on the right track with regard to it being an oldie

i was enjoying this game. have i killed it with my last quote?
