i pretty much forget transfer windows are even open or closed these days. a few years ago, i would be checking online and on ssn every day duriing the window to see if we'd signed anyone. now it's pretty much guaranteed we won't buy anyone, at least no one decent, so what's the point in getting your hopes up?

agree. he offers a valuable commodity we don't have at the moment - pace. whether he could do it in the top flight remains to be seen but we need to get to the top flight first. i can't believe people on here were turning their noses up at the prospect of him joining. not that it matters now, we can add him to the long list of players that have turned us down recently.

Not sure what you were watching, but we had just as many chances.. should have won it at the end.. dirty dirty Albion as usual though! they bossed the first half, had shitloads more possession, better chances, twice as many corners, hit the post. what game were you watching? i don't remember more than a ten minute spell at any time when we were on top. i watched it thinking we could concede any time west brom came at us. good result for us given the performance. the worry now is that this is a three horse race, forest don't look like losing and we can't stop drawing. i can't understand how we're still top of the league.
