Thanks for the advice

I've got to give a presentation in a few weeks in front of 150 people and I'm completely bricking it. The most people I've presented in front of before now was about 10 and they were mostly mates. I was recommended to take beta blockers as they are meant to stop stage fright and the likes... my mate gets prescribed them willy nilly before exams by her doctor but am unsure how easy they are to get and whether they actually work? I realise they are for heart conditions and such but know they can also be used for anxiety...

I avoid sports direct for obvious reasons. Also, I've always found AQA really expensive but is a good laugh if you're in the pub... I refuse to use it now after they didn't give me a refund. I text about a week ago trying to find out the music that gets played on the nufc box office when you're on hold... they didn't have a clue! -
I'm going to the one in Bristol tonight. Not the biggest fish fan but the restaurant itself has a great vibe. I had different types of salmon for starters last time and the steak for mains

The Shield Great shout. Watched the first episode last night and it seems good so far, the main character is quality. Going to watch a couple more tonight along with the new episode of Entourage
-
Right... Seen all the Sopranos, seen all the Wire, got up to date with Entourage, gave Madmen a chance but couldn't really get into it. Any suggestions for TV series I should have a look into?
-
That's the problem. It only made it in my list because I've seen every episode.... got to find something similar in class to Sopranos and the Wire to start watching. Been watching entourage over the past week or so and is pretty good. Johnny drama is hilarious

The Office Lost The Wire The Sopranos Friends Only fools and horses Off the top of my head, plenty of others that should probably be on that list.

Cheers guys, head is a bit sore today!

My favourite scene is from series one where Stinkum and Wee-bey try and take over a corner but Omar is lurking.... The way he pops out the dark and says "hey now" is quality, followed by his famous whistle. Third season is packed with great scenes too. In fact, it's the only show out there that rivals Sopranos for constant quality viewing imo.
-
I'm watching series 3 second for the second time and it's just as good. You catch so many things missed first time around.
-
Finished watching season 5 about a month ago. Started season 1 again last week and it really is better second time around. One of the best shows ever.... That said, I'm gonna have a break, buy the wire box set for the future and start again on the Sopranos

Won 500 quid at Gala casino last Thursday night on blackjack. Had quite a lot to drink before so was playing stupid bets but was paying off nicely!
-
Is that some kind of joke? I installed it and AVG flagged it as a trojan!

I went to the races the other day and lost £100. I did all my research before the day and only two bloody horse came in out of 8 races! The daft thing is my mum won more bets than me and she was picking them cos of the name. Quality day out though.

Going out for a few drinks and throwing some arrows tonight. Tomorrow am going to Stoke for the game then having a night out in Birmingham... Is gonna be a pretty expensive one. Then Sunday and Monday doing some revision while probably recovering ... First easter weekend ever I'll not be seeing my folks.

Bristol is a quality city. All it is missing is a premiership football team really. I quite enjoy going to Ashton gate, particularly to sit (stand) in the east end just to appreciate the atmosphere and watch a (usually) good game of football. The home support in that stand is some of the best I've seen and if we do have to play City next season it will be quality for making an atmosphere as the away fans are located in that stand. Tickets are cheap as chips too.

Cheers mate. Appears my computer has updated but my phone hadn't.

The business and football factory soundtracks are pretty good.

So what time is it right now?
