Got two 20 gig hard drives.. Drive C: has about 7 gig free D: Drive (which contains my documents) has about 5 gig free.. Im just confused cos I dunno what the bastid DDE server window is!

OK hi I need help.. WHenever I try and shut down my laptop it takes about 15 minutes.. From clicking shut down it takes 5 minutes before a box comes up saying "DDE server window" Now before the shutdown Im pretty sure its not in the processes box or the applications running... Anyways after I end that task it takes a further 15 minutes to shut down! I've got my anti virus up to date and also got my spyware etc. sorted.. Are ther any solutions and what the hell do you think DDE server is?? Cheers all
