Yeah wiz, given that logic, the 13 mil for Thauvin isn't actually that bad, if you look at him buying a package of players and only 1 not taking straight to the team. I still think judgement of Thauvin is far too early. It doesn't help matters that the manager has his hands tied by such poor form to be able to risk playing him to build him up. based on what I've seen though, my opinion is Cabella was a better player and I don't understand the swap for another similar player , given that he's getting exactly the same treatment.

Some serious shit must have gone on for the fat one to be willing to make such a loss.

We're definitely coming out of the dark pardew spell, improving for longer periods. Goals will come, but it better be quick... -

Wijnaldum is going to be a club legend, he's mint. Glad the gaffe is experimenting too, why not. -
What a fuckin shit shirt that is. The connect 6 one would be good, if it wasn't for the fact that its FUCKIN CONNECT 5.. Maybe they have a special version, called connect 6 to match their fingers on each hand.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team

As much as I dislike the man, I think that losing to Man City away with Crystal Palace doesn't really warrant shouting from the rooftops that it's proof he's shit at palace too.- 10608 replies

I was a bit blind, I've never really seen a "best" Tiote. He's always looked a stroppy radge to me. First season he was alright.

If I were McLaren, I'd not start with 2 DM's and have Anita in DM with Sissoko alongside and put Perez on the right and De Jong in the centre, or Thauvin on the right and no De Jong. it's bad when we've got injuries like this, but if things don't work out in the 1st half we've nothing to lose by trying alternatives. -

My prediction - We will destroy them, but it won't be reflected in the score 2-1 Toon at best -
I agree NJS, but he's not Tiote in that second half . He's a wannabe Pirlo when he's booked, his distribution goes to shite and he becomes a paper cut out. In my opinion. I'm still sore about a thread years ago on here when I was moaning about his mentality and bookings, to be told that all "good" DM have that problem. It was bollox then and its bollox now. Now, where's my valium

big IF . I hate Tiote and want him gone he's a fucking mentalist. No point being this "strong commanding" DM if you continually pick up yellow cards in the first fucking half. I have to hold my fucking shite in for the entire second half, through fear that the mad cunts going to get sent off or play like a fucking paper cutout.

My judgement is the same as it was after watching just the pre-season games. Much improved play style (or attempt at it anyway) but my judgement is he's an idiot to take the job, Ashley will fuck him with a squad of disjointed players who see us as a stepping stone. Seriously, I'd rather see us lose and play football than win and play Pardew style. I'm hoping I'm wrong because the signings have been immense, Thauvin excepted. Thauvin might come good though, it's a big ask for someone to come into a new team and a new league and just instantly be able to adapt - but the other ones have!

It's in the tabloids, the best interview was on madeformums, she went to them saying "My family and friends drink my breastmilk" and that her father used to do it and told her how great is was for everyone. " It tastes just like those yoghurt drinks, sweet..." Problem was, her fella at the time had no idea and neither did the majority of her , soon to be ex, friends. Tea anyone? 1 squeeze or two?

Lad's on fire. another this weekend and another great performance. He appears no thinner than he did when not training! What a knacker getting rid of him.. End of.

Ever since the revelations came out of her secretly feeding her entire family and guests with breast milk, I've gone off the lass.

Given an option to get rid of Sissoko for low competition games like this, I'd go with perez on the right wing, Cisse and Mitrovic behind him. Say what you like about Cisse but I still believe if you play the ball to his feet in or around the box and he'll generate chances, Mitrovic seems ideal for this. None of this will happen though, and obertan will be in the team (if fit!) -

even murder? -
Probably in a minority, but I think the lad gets a tough time with a number of regulars here. If we could wangle a pay per play agreement I'd keep him for at least another 2 seasons. He's definitely better backup to the first team than most of our other options, in fact, if he were fit, he'd be better than Colo at the moment.
