Have a good one, mate. Or rather, I hope you are having a good one. And merry Christmas, everyone.
-
Lets be honest, we only signed him because he was available on a Bosman.
-
I'm not convinced you have to play him and Tiote at home in most of the games (even in a midfield 3).
-
Surely that means it was absolutely shite.

Talking shite = talking shite

You've probably seen this before like but I quite like it:

If I get him to kill himself, do I die too?

Precisely, a braver manager would have gone out to win and then perhaps thought about shutting up shop if we were a goal or two up in the later stages. He did it the other way round and paid the price. You could understand if we were playing a side with much better players than ours rather than being at home to a Sunderland side who have really struggled to score / win games.
-
It was the one moment of class / composure in front of goal that won the game. There's a lesson in there somewhere. I doubt Pardew will learn from it though.

Warkworth is really nice.
-
I reckon Armstrong was brought on because Pardew knew he'd graft.
-
Assuming you're for real, I hope you work with loads of mackems.

Yeah, it's really good. It was built in the art deco style so it looks lush. Plus, it closed for a refurb about 4 or 5 years ago and they added an extra screen. The bar at street level is canny too.
-
We were at home against a side struggling for goals and below us in the league so Pardew set us up not to get beat and was pretty cowardly in his use of the subs. Sums the man up.
-
It's both. Can't play the high pressing game that has served the club and national sides so well without the graft.
-
To be fair, whoever registers the players probably only gets the chance to do it when the club shop is quiet.
-
Think he was solid enough (remember a league game midweek where either him and Neilsen or Elliot never put a foot wrong at centre half) but he wasn't the biggest. Plus the standards required to make it here were pretty fucking high at the time

And Germany.
