For my money there is no doubt the ball crossed the line, the only debate is did all of it. should have been given,anyway when you see a player dribble the ball down the touchline and it's over the line like shown on the pic above,then 10 out of 10 it will be a throw in or a corner kick.I cant for the life of me see a linesman wait untill the 'whole' of the ball has crossed the line to give a throw in or a corner kick.
