I can understand why so few people in England care about Scottish football. I know some do, but I don't blame those who don't. Scottish football isn't great. The reason there is coverage is because there is still some sort of market for Scottish football in Britain as a whole. The viewing figures on Celtic vs Rangers when it used to be live on BBC all over Britain were pretty good. I watched an Old Firm game once in the Irish pub near St James' Park one year and it was pretty packed. There are plenty of people interested in the Old Firm in England. You see no news on Sky Sports about anyone else though as there's no interest. To be fair though, Rangers this season have been no better than Aberdeen, Hearts or Hibs.

Maybe the SFA could punish Rangers by just shutting the club down. Do everyone a favour.
