I don't want to piss in anyone's cornflakes here who is thinking of a self build with all solar power and stuff but whatever the Government allows you to make in one hand, they will take from the other. Not only will the land, plus build be more expensive, ( for an average buyer) but there will be red tape galore wrapped around everything you do with it in the future, not to mention (check it out) high insurance on that home. I had a debate on this solar panel carry on, on another board and it was about the efficiency of the solar panels and selling the excess electricity back to the grid. My argument was, " how in the hell does the electricity go back to the grid?" Your house receives it's electricity by a power cable which compromises an Earth , neutral and Live and that's it, which goes to your meter and fuse box. How does the solar power run your home and also send excess power back down a live main cable to the grid? Electricity companies and gas, water and whatever are not there to shake your hand for saving yourself money. What you think you are saving, will be siphoned off somewhere else, so you only think you gain.

Have you?

I think if you read my post again, I said "but on a fair basis" I didn't say anything at all about making a career criminal the same as someone who has done something out of desperation. The fair bit in that situation would be to jail the laughing shoplifter and to give out a stern warning to the desperate woman that she has anoter chance so don't abuse it. That to me is being fair. Nice twist though.

Nobody is asking you to take me serious. I don't take you serious.

Why have so many people got a problem with leazes? Did he threaten death on people or did he just have different views that he stuck to strongly? What's the story?

50 shades of gay. I took Rupert's advice and ventured into the bright inners of the Thai cunnycock lap dancing club and marvelled at the scantilly clad sirens sliding up and down long slender shiny poles. I was happy to tuck notes into their garter belts and sat there dreaming of taking one stunning flexible hunny back to my hotel. My prayers were answered when Robleen sauntered over to me and danced around me provocatively, then whispered into my ear that she loved big tough Englishmen with massive tiddles. We quickly went back to my hotel room and frantically fell onto the bed where she insisted on me taking her up the rear. We spend 4 hours exploring each others bodies until the realisation hit me as I tried to talk. I found myself choking and fighting for air for what seemed like 2 hours and 47 minutes. I swallowed what seemed like a liquid blend of Saxa table salt and mayonaisse. The lap dancer quickly jumped from the bed clutching my wallet and it was then that I went into shock after seeing her cock and balls swinging as she ran. What do you think of this so far.

Sounds canny.

I see the role of the courts to punish, but on a fair basis.

The last forum I was on was very well run. It had Mods that actually sent out invitations to parties at their places and were 100% helpful in any situation whether someone was depressed or had any problem in life. There was always one mods that had some kind of experience in dealing with the modern day ordinary posters problems. It was so well run it was basically a dream with new members clamouring to join and was also so well funded with donations that it became normal for each member to receive £500 each that was amassed in the coffers that wasn't needed to run the site. Actually I made all that up...but if Carlsberg did message boards.

Too many people that regard themselves as part of the furniture on message boards tend to take a lot of things to heart and some actually feel that they are more deserving of posting than someone who has posted only once and feel they have some sort of rank over those people. In truth, nobody should hold any more favour no matter how long they have been a member or how many posts they have or how interesting they believe they are because in a nutshell, it's a message board that's been made public, obviously with the mindset of whoever started it...to gain as many members as possible. This site seems very popular and is one of the most popular that I've seen and from what I've seen, has Moderators and Admin that appear to allow most things which is great for a forum. To be a Moderator or Admin, you have to be prepared to take what you give out, good and bad and not showing any favouritism which most boards I've seen actually do show that... which eventually puts a lot of posters off it or stops them from posting. It's easy to start up a forum and welcome all new members and make them feel a part of things at first but as the years go by, things can rapidly change when certain people believe they hold rank or favour among Moderators or Admin they have become very friendly with or have actually met. I've seen it many times on different forums and up to now, this one is by far the most lenient as far as what can be said and allowing posters to have their views whether agreed with or not, which is what keeps these alive. Another good thing about this forum is the fact that it has an ignore facility and also a private message facility which is ideal if two posters don't get along as they can simply ignore each other and the problem is solved or talk it out or fight it out via private message. That's just the way I see things mind.

For the sensible running of this football club, Mike Ashley wins hands down as the most sensible owner. One thing that he does is, what has been needed for long enough at this club and that is, don't back down to the fans. That might come across as arrogance from him from a certain sector of fans but it's what this club badly needed and not some generous owner that thought like a football fan like Shepherd and Hall did. Thinking like a fan means they want what the fans want and will go all out to get them what they want, even if it means the club are constantly playing the beg steal and borrow game, of worry about tomorrow when it comes but enjoy the day while it lasts. This is what Shepherd done and it nearly wiped this club out until Ashley stepped in. I know he's not everyone's cup of tea but he doesn't have to be as we aren't there to watch him; we are there to watch the team that he financed, managed by the manager and staff that he put in charge of team affairs and that's all the fans need to focus on at the game. Any other focus as regards our youth and scouts and everything else that's in place is self explanatory and clearly evident as regards good health along with the finances that are solid and have never been as solid as they are now.

What kind of a justice system do we have? How can exact crimes be punishable with totally different sentences? I've seen many crimes in the paper in my town where people are sentenced for the very same crime, yet one will get a slap on the wrist, while the other gets a much more severe penalty. How in the hell does this work out? I remember seeing a court round up and two cases of drink driving whilst both twice over the limit produced a years driving ban for one with a £100 fine and the other received a years ban with a £250 fine. Also, another case where one lad was up for drink driving, driving whilst disqualified, no insurance, tax or test, who had about 12 previous motoring convictions for no insurance, drink driving, no tax, taking without owners consent e.t.c, and he receives ......wait for it....another years ban with 100 hours unpaid work. They wonder why these young lads don't give a phuck when sentences like this are dished out. What pisses me off the most is when someone who hasn't ever been before the courts gets walloped for a small crime, yet the persistent offender will be slapped on the wrist and told time and time again, this is his last chance. Back fines are another pathetic waste of time for repeat offenders who refuse to pay as the police just wait and hope they bump into them, yet a lad I know that owed about £40, paying at a fiver a week was called upon at his house a good few times before, obviously getting watched a bit later and they decided to do a Sweeney on him in the street and locked him up overnight ready to explain himself in court. I know it's easy to say, " well, the repeat offenders don't give a toss and the courts know they're not scared of jail but that's simply a cop out. As far as I'm concerned, I think judges love it when some green as grass, never been to court person is up before them, because I think they take great delight in scaring the shite out of them, yet know it doesn't work on the regulars, so there's no buzz in torturing them and so quickly smack their wrists and off they go, laughing. Go right through the system, even down to murder and sentences differ massively for a very similar crime like that. What do you all think?

About as straightforward an answer as there can be.

There are many reasons for deception and one main one is financial gain for the fat cats.
