  1. Elliot has improved a lot by playing more regularly and Krul was in poor form before his injury. Krul is still a better keeper.
  2. Wasn't on this page and I like the Fish's shamelessness. Cheers, ewerk
  3. Probably the wrong place to ask but reading this has made my mind up, how do I put someone on ignore?
  4. Booked 5 days in Budapest in May. Using Airbnb again and it's cheap as fuck, worked really well in Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona.
  5. Just go to Clapham junction. There is a vodka revs, its shite and you will be able to follow half the Coldplay crowd there. Right up your alley I reckon.
  6. I'm quietly confident, but I have no real idea why. I mean Sunderland are fucking shite, but so are we.
  7. On a fantasy tip at the moment, read the two King killer chronicles and started on the Sabriel trilogy. Re-read Fucking Hell Its Paul Cannell the other day as well.
  8. Doing stuff like that at work means he can afford to go holiday with his lass and not his parents.

    Rugby

I don't really understand your edit of my post, but I am assuming you are a rugby fan since you went straight for the gay stuff? If so I apologise for your loafers and slacks combo.

    Rugby

Yeah fair point. Think it was Ricky Gervais on his podcasts said he didn't realise he was working class till he went to uni, totally makes sense to me that.
  11. Yeah but you have assumed that two of those things have happened

    Rugby

I used to like rugby and played it as a kid until football took over. I actively started disliking it when I went to uni. The amount of bellends in pink chinos, brown loafers and a polo with the collar up put me right off.
  13. Congrats both. All the best to all three
  14. Apathetic, again. Which is worse than being angry tbh.
  15. Both Norwich keepers in with a shout, so is Guzan, the bloke loves passing to the other team. Villa defence is arguably as bad as ours so apart from maybe Mbemba, those lot. That's all I have atm
  16. Moving house with a hernia is a fucking joke. As is IKEA and their fucking furniture. Fucks sake
  17. Also everyone else on the course has gone to their room to "meditate" on what we learnt today. I went for a swim and am now in the bar. I will be channeling my college-self tomorrow by turning up half cut and not paying any attention.
  18. A few months ago I posted about a fluffy management course I am on. We have had 5 two day "sessions". Half way through the last one atm. I was sceptical but given it the benefit of the doubt until today but this morning I was made to watch a film called "The Secret" apparently based on a self help book of the same name. It's basically a PMA advert and I was expecting Kris Akabusi (was it him?) turn up half way through. Two things put me right off it, one was a guy whose job title was "visionary" and the other was a woman saying she cured her boob cancer by laughing. I left the room and went for a coffee when that bint was on. Now I am not sure how much this woman running the course is getting paid but I bet it's a good lump and she is absolutely robbing a living.
  19. I don't see our midfield struggling at all in this game. I see our forwards struggling to get the better of a shawcross marshalled defence and our defenders struggling to contain a much more expansive Stoke front three than in previous years. Still think we could squeeze a win if everything goes well.
  20. Trying to prove a formula between money/managers/success is like nailing shite to the wall. There is so much more going on in football than that, it's a simplistic view that changing manager or spending more makes you successful. Pardew was consistently shite however and he should never have been near our club.
  21. Aye. I can't sleep thinking about the random world "news" the guy is going to post next.
