  1. Went to the same school as Woodgate, he was a few years older than me. In my year all the lads who played for the school team had some affiliation with a professional club. None of us made a pro career, a couple played in Sweden for a few years but that's it. Off the top of my head he is the only one that made it. The number of kids playing football in boro is mental, think most of them hope that it will help them leave that hellhole.
  2. They would have to get him out of the black bull in yarm first
  3. Didn't help boro get promoted at all, that whole thing in January about Karanka leaving or staying was caused by Woodgate getting too big for his boots according to my boro mates. Don't think he played all season either. Great player when younger mind.
  4. Arbitrarily went for 0-3, pretty impossible to predict this imo
  5. If you are getting off the train at Clapham junction it will be easier to get a normal drink round there mate.
  6. Port Merion where they filmed The Prisoner is a great day out in Wales if you have a car like. Depending when you are there festival number 6 might be on and make it even more worthwhile
  7. Ah man you don't know me at all if you think that put me off
  8. Whinge away brother. The way I'm living at the moment I won't make 40 years time so give a fuck, holiday in America!
  9. Tbf I know my tattoos are shite. I got loads done when I was 18 and the latest one was a drunken bet as a 20 something. It's not like I walk round with a vest on to show them off. I just fancy some decent ones done by a proper artist and not a piss artist
  10. Exactly the point I was trying to make Andrew
  11. Don't get me wrong but it sounds you are anti tattoos anyway? I mean I have some daft ones, I lost a bet when I was younger and now have my best mates initials tattooed on my shin.. But this lad I know went to America years ago from art school specifically to be a tattoo artist, I could catch up with him and let him do his thing.
  12. If one of them is Llorente the midfielder he was touted as a (I hate these) xabi alonso replacement when he was 17/18
  13. Hi AJack sorry for the lateness I've been busy. My house has gone through so a season ticket is beyond me atm. Hope you get sorted mate
  14. Think people are getting overly worried about a lack of a "playmaker". Who was Burnley's or Boro's last season? You win this league by being consistent rather than exceptional. Total faith in Rafa to get us playing to a 7/10 most weeks which should be enough
  15. I'm considering a whole slew of new tattoos now I'm single. My ex hated the ones I already have, but no reason not to now. It's mainly an excuse to organise a trip to America to see a tattoo guy I know.
  16. Just abandon the house, leave it to the gulls. It's as much their gaff as it is yours now.
  17. Just to add the pet passport thing covers European countries so no quarantine necessary
  18. My parents moved about a lot with two dogs, they got a pet passport and were fine. They are Labradors who are pretty relaxed though. Leaving them alone totally depends on the breed as well. If you get a lap dog or companion dog they will be fine left alone for a good few hours. Most other dogs will need a decent amount of exercise before leaving and some breeds really can't be left alone at all because they get separation anxiety and will wreck your gaff.
  19. It's a prank bro? Bro? It's just a prank. Seriously though AJack gimme like a week and will let you know either way mate
  20. Also did a year working in Tunisia and 6 months travelling around North Africa on me tod, which was great and the people were ace. For perspective like.
  21. See that I would probably be ok with ATM, I just don't know if he stinks or talks shite constantly.
