We actually played reasonably well in a few games prior to mitrovic's suspension, which is the only thing offering any semblance of positivity here. Maybe the team shape will somehow work better when he's back. Other than that, they look shot of confidence in my opinion...

Fully agree on Charnley being responsible for this - the guy is paid £100k a year. The CEO of the company that I work for, a company that turns over a mere £2m a year, is on more than that. You get what you pay for, and we're paying nothing for the most important job in the organisation.
