This one is too late to be here cos we were relegated. He's here because of the article

Joseph's beard? When spelled out phonetically...?? This is going to bother me for ages.
-
Um I'm ashamed to say I don't recognise the first part of that. The second bit is beard though, right? Someone's beard?

I'm gonna edit this so it no longer looks like I'm insulting myself

That's very offensive in my culture.

Agree with every word of this, although it should make them pitiable really.

There's clearly some history coming into it, whatever it is, but near as I can tell it we're arguing over whose life is most awesome. Yep, it's come to that.

They should play our under-18s, we'd see the scoreline reversed. -

Mackems aside though, it's a nice piece. You considered trying to get Louise Taylor's position at the Guardian HF? You've got stats, facts and a good writing style. She has none of those things.

The best thing about it is that we've got weeks/months of it to come. There's going to be more articles like this one and more posters like the mag above who are furiously gnashing about how unbothered they are. Reality has cracked and they don't know which way is up atm, bless em. They know which way down is, mind. The desperation to believe this, man. I don't actually think for a second that he does believe it, they all know that this relegation hasn't had the effect on us that they hoped. FFS, they can compare it to last time and see that. But because they've got literally nothing else to hit us with, they're clinging to it. "the best thing about it is that we've got weeks/months of it to come" He's fucking gutted about that, it's written all over his posts.

Superb article, and classic response from RTG that underlines the sentiment in the whole thing. Well played, sir.

I'd agree with that. If Caulkin's right and Rafa has £20m to spend, and can get another c.£20m for Gini and Sissoko, I'd be all for it. A £40m budget in the Championship should be more than enough, even with the loss of those two. de Jong can replace Gini, and we can comfortably get a decent PL standard winger to replace Sissoko for less than a quarter of that £40m.

If this season taught us anything, it's that they definitely fucking need to.

WTF happened here then Love how quickly that deteriorated.

I still can't quite get my ahead around the fact that Charnley still has a job you know. As good as this Rafa outcome is, I can't think of any reason he should be retained, aside from one; and that is that he never asked to be MD, and is as much a hostage of Ashley as we are. He's been promoted into a role he doesn't want, and isn't capable of, and Ashley just won't let him quit. That's literally the only circumstance under which his being retained would make sense.

That line was asking for a comment like this.

It just launched X Box One compatibility yesterday if you fancy a game some time

I'm feeling extraordinarily confident about next season personally. Bring it on, it's about time we handed out a few batterings. Spurs aside.
