The only thing with this is why Rafa would bother going through all of that. If he'd come right out and said he wasn't interested, there's not a soul amongst our support who would have blamed him. And even if they had, why would he care? The delay can only be because he's weighing up his options with respect of another club (Everton I reckon) and keeping us on side as a fall back or because he's genuinely thinking of staying.

Is it not compatible across X-Box and Steam? That's fucking bizarre if true... I've recently started moving into ranked modes and am presently stuck with most other people in the Challenger ranks. Are you higher than that? I think if I ever got out of there I'd probably avoid going back on ranked ever again so as not to lose it.

And the thing about roping other clubs in is also bizarre. I think that's actually the most significant thing going on there actually - can anyone remember a time when we were reeling off other clubs who didn't like Sunderland? It's not just about us, they have a massive inferiority complex about everyone, and seem to be constantly striving for validation from other team's fanbases. I know that's been said on here before like but some of those threads are really hammering it home. Bottom line, they're just really insecure... which is kind of sad when you think about it, on that sort of scale.

I've heard of this phenomenon... American 'soccer' fans have started trying to engage in their own hooligan culture. I hate when they do stuff like that, presumably to appeal to people who have no interest whatsoever in the whole thing.
