  1. They've cracked it! They've worked out what their problem is... http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/is-the-name-of-our-stadium-the-problem.1287517/ Just one poster like, but I think he's serious.
  2. The thread title is perfect IMO. And you're just the latest in a long line of people who have either forgotten the poll or not made it public. To be honest, fucking the poll up may be part of the same voodoo magic that's at work with the thread titles now anyway.
  3. How are we collectively just not getting these match threads set up right It is a good title though. So, I'd say 2-0 for this one. No reason we shouldn't beat them.
  4. Always feel a grim sense of pride in Greggs. The most recent North East company to become a PLC I believe. On my MBA they had Gregg's financial director come in and give us a talk about the various challenges they've faced and so on, it was pretty interesting. Then we had to carry out Excel based linear programming to work out the most efficient means for getting pasties to the masses All in all they're a well run business.
  5. It makes no difference now anyway, surely? I assume his polling is now in the gutter?
  6. I meant for Trump to have brought him along, based on Trump's usual standards. My judgment was about Trump I'm surprised it's so mundane.
  7. Is that it? Fair enough to Trump then, really. I mean, I can see why he'd have him there. I assumed he was a jihadist or something.
  8. I remember when hearing that it's a year out would have killed me. These days it doesn't seem like such a long time..
  9. What does Obama's half brother have to do with anything?
  10. So Diame not helping his cause tonight then? Two up top away seems ambitious for Rafa, mind...
  11. I wonder if I could spin it somehow...
  12. Very excited about this! The first was superb.
  13. Suppose it depends on how favourably it compares to elsewhere. Let's be honest though, the PL has always been shit at this with a couple of exceptions.
  14. Why, does that make them less susceptible to corruption? Or does it somehow imply capability. I know a lot of very rich morons, all self made.
  15. I'm in my 30s and still livid there's hope for us all. Though I'll be 38 by then... I'd run for office myself but my TT posting history would be used against me i think.
  16. Agree with Renton, this is a good point... Fuck. The right it is then.
  17. His net worth is c.$500,000 as far as I can tell. But yes, I take the career politician bit. I'm not saying he was perfect but he ticked more boxes than Hillary. I have nothing really against them personally. I thought Bill was ok to be honest, I'm rather surprised by a number of the things that have come out about him in recent weeks. But then, I thought he was ok about the same time I thought Blair was doing a good job. And now, years on, when I'm looking at where it's left us... I'm no longer so sure. Take the point on them being self made though, that's fair enough and indeed is admirable. Not sure it makes them beyond being bought or in other people's pockets though.
