Ah, so tempting...
-
My partner is away to see her mother this weekend but I just flat out said I wasn't going... so instead I'm going to get drunk with some mates, play video games, watch football, and otherwise laze around.

What a disturbing way of putting it

I suspect that's it, yes. -
Yeah that is what it seems like, but how are the Tories going to be able to spin that? What do they come out and say? The EU isn't going to give us single market access without freedom of movement so how are the Tories going to be able to go back to the voters and say that they've delivered?

I hope he comes good in the end. I think he could make the step back up into the PL, he just needs a run of games to get into the flow of things. That said, if it's not going to work, we'll know by the end of the season. I could definitely see a PL team like West Brom or someone picking him up if we don't want him.

Not hipster enough. You need to talk with Gloom more.
-
A lot of people are reporting that he did, so that kind of dampens the optimism a little bit. Will we be compensating Nissan in a few years...?
-
I thought DK said he was going to the match...?
-
You guys made it mainstream though. Possibly. I can't say I really follow this stuff but the gist is, you're all hipsters
-
Well, that's good I guess. To be honest about this, I'd far rather be wrong about Brexit, so if companies like Nissan are prepared to invest, that's a positive.
-
I blame London for this in entirety.
-
As kind as it is for you to do all this analysis lads, don't feel that you have to! It's starting to sound too much like work The one table we keep is fine, I don't think we'll be poring over the results very much at the end of the season.
-
Meaningless really though, isn't it? I think we've all been sucked into this thought that the act of the referendum itself would destabilise the economy. And of course it did, but not as much as actual Brexit will. Very little has changed economically because the only real difference at the moment is that 'Brexit means Brexit' and the pound has tanked. When Brexit actually happens, if we leave the single market, there's going to be hell on.

Hull fans seem confident... not sure why, exactly... -

Great draw. Even if we lose, as has been said, we'll get a sense for where we are. -

I like the bit where he says it'll be different on Saturday and then admits in the next line that he can't promise anything with respect of the scoreline, but that, basically, he's hoping and praying that they don't lose 6-0 again. -

Comments from the poor soul who manages Preston: "I'm not going through that again on Saturday. This is a big arena; it's a big pitch - they make it big. It will be different on Saturday. "I'm not going to make promises that it's going to be a different scoreline, but I'd like to think that it will be. "We could have played our strongest team from Saturday and still been beaten tonight. The league is our priority, but we are hugely disappointed." -
I was gonna post a video of someone saying it but really, it's not worth watching. To be fair to them though, Hong Kong comedy films have always been pretty good. Kung Fu Hustle is superb

He's right like, Howay. Villa fans and Essembee anyway.

Exactly.
