Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)

Wow. I mean the guy sucks at managing football teams but that seems a bit trigger happy from Derby. -
Fraser Forster or The Scottish Football Thread.

Did you delete your other post or is KCG filling in insults for you now? -
Diame was next to useless. Didn't press, didn't get stuck in by any measure. Two up top could have worked tbh, but we were just firing long balls up the centre with Gayle desperately trying to outjump people a foot taller than him. Pointless.

Annoying from us. Nothing worked, nothing came off until Murphy was on and we had some threat.
-
Would you rather they weren't there? Neither of those links undoes, for me at least, the importance of what they do. The first one I assume that they were sloppy about deleting all the cc numbers. The second one isn't news to me because I read what they actually said (via HF) and thus didn't assume they could read whatsapp like the rest of the media. Anyone who went to the source instead of the media would have come to the same conclusion IMO.

He looks mortified.

That's just depressing. Absolutely superficial nonsense and that's what we judge our leaders on.

They probably do tbf. Not that any of them would admit it. Do they have a match thread for this game yet?
-
For different reasons though. EDIT - I can't be sure of that actually. I assume last time around, with Foot, it was about actual socialist ideals? This time around it was more about rattling the cage of the centreground and forcing them back to the left.

Do you reckon they'd be trouncing the Tories then? Presumably considering that what's happening to the Dems is an isolated issue?

We're fucking stupid, we really are.

I reckon Labour would be in the same position had they elected someone other than Corbyn. Tbf, that position might well be better than where they are now, but they'd not be rampant in the polls by any stretch.

I think they'd call it a tax, but yes

Genius. Why wasn't this ever on the table?

I suspect we'd all have to pay something towards the EU budget though, so that's worth keeping in mind.
-
It seems that there is actually a chance of retaining EU citizenship in some form, on an individual basis: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/mar/10/let-britons-keep-freedom-of-movement-says-eus-brexit-negotiator Would anyone go for this if it becomes a reality?

That had been coming for ages by the sounds of things. Interesting that the protests in her favour were from elderly people who became violent though. And also that two of them died in the ensuing fracas.

2-0 to us. Largely cos I'm going and desperately want it to be a win

I did wonder given that I couldn't see literally any mention of it anywhere - but then Andrew could be ITK for all I know -

Definitely worth two Gareth Barry's mind. At least. But that's great news about the coaching because presumably it means Rafa is staying? -

I assume that last part is wishful thinking. Great players though. -
I feel like around 2 or 3 you should have 'so bad it's good' though.

Is that a good defense? I'm not sure. If he was so pissed he didn't know that what he was doing was wrong, did he actually do anything willfully wrong?
