  1. I guess the question I'd pose is why would "they" lie about this?
  2. Is that legit? Brilliant if so
  3. Interesting point, well made
  4. She was never going to avoid looking her age for ever. Has a distinctly witch like look to her now. Should just accept it and age gracefully, with some dignity.
  5. Brilliant from Thornberry - Fallon is a total lightweight by the looks of it but she mullered him there
  6. When was it confirmed that we have 100m to spend?
  7. Big risk for him as well... where does he go from being fired midway through the season in the championship?
  8. For claeity, is it still the Tories being negligent?
  9. Labour should absolutely hammer them for that. Open goal. Whether Corbyn has it in bin to do so is another matter.
  10. To be absolutely fair to gloom, he genuinely seems to believe and trust in the impartiality stuff. He is what the media should be. On the other hand, the current right wing press are looking a lot like everything we have described the MSM to be.
  11. Quiff seems to think he'd be alright but I can't say I've watched him play tbh.
  12. Will Defoe raise anything? I thought he was on a free...
  13. Have to agree, they're bad but not that bad. It'd take some catastrophic management to see them go down consecutively. Even if they did, they'd come right back again. Arguably it's better if they gradually decline rather than immediately
  14. Stop playing by the rules, no one else is!
  15. Do your best to influence people, you're in a unique position!
  16. While broadly agreeing, I will add that Corbyn has compromised on the nuclear deterrent which indicates some basic level of acceptance of the need to take on board views that deviate from his principles. Also, your touring of the country took place before the manifesto was out. Surely their odds will improve now (albeit not enough to win the thing).
  17. I mean yeah, we do know that. Just wanted to hear you say it
  18. How on earth are they going to convince anyone when the entirety of the right wing press is lined up against them (largely to protect the interests of those who run them)?
  19. Why don't you use NO then? They have more members than we do, surely they'd be a suitable vehicle for discussing us?
  20. Aye the press are on the backfoot for sure. Just seen this from Chomsky - he name checks neoliberalism - #justsaying:
  21. Agreed on this. Absolutely out of her depth, looks terrified. Do generally agree with a previous point you've made that there is simply a dearth of credible political leaders in Westminster at this point as well.
  22. I don't quite understand why CT has done this either, but to be fair to him his issue with Labour was always that he didn't think the policies they had made financial sense. What I don't quite understand is what appears to be convincing him that they now do. The theories they're justifying it with are the same ones we've put forward on here in the past as far as I can tell.
  23. Says the guy who spends more time on rtg than he does one here
