  1. Sounds like they're trying to set the narrative on who started it with a view to making sure China are on their side. Curious that they haven't declared war back though.

Seems to be a lot of public pressure for it but I can't see how it can be without changing the regulations. Unless of course the original ruling was in fact wrong.
  3. I still maintain Labour is waiting to see which way the wind blows
  4. I agree that this does seem like a sensible route, but one assumes Rafa has thought of it and dismissed it for some reason.
  5. I think sport has done a great deal to help people move past racism in this sense, but you might be right. It's an acceptable form of tribalism though.
  6. He looks stupid right now, that's certain. If more teams come out in support of the others, he'll have a polarising issue right down a fault line he won't want. I would think, anyway.
  7. It's been fucking ages since I ranted on about Neoliberalism, cut me some slack.
  8. I've only realised over the weekend that the raid is the Straum quest. I solo'd that so in terms of actual difficulty, I agree I dunno, I think it falls down for the same reasons as the raid - inadequate teammates.
  9. This is the thing. Some people have spent their whole lives playing COD and just can't grasp the slightly more intricate nature of a game that doesn't require you to just barrel in and shoot everything. Still haven't managed it myself - the clan is starting to get a bit frustrated by it but we're basically having the same problem as you. I've not made myself available over the weekend for it but maybe I need to do so in order to help them get over the line...
  10. Will this even play to his base though? You'd have thought making them choose between sport and politics would be a risky move... I think he's an utter cunt playing at being a fucking idiot.
  11. Nope. Back then it was a toxic blend of fascism and communism, built on the back of the wholescale impoverishment of a nation by an external force. So, not Neoliberalism, but the latter effectively provides 'wholescale impoverishment' of certain sectors of society, so we're basically talking about the same thing. Wealth inequality has always been the guiding force for this shit.
  12. We could just abandon Neoliberalism. That would resolve all current global issues because it's responsible for basically everything. Course we'd have new issues, but nazis, nuclear holocaust and climate breaking probs wouldn't be amongst them.
  13. He doesn't believe that for a second you know, these are just things they're telling each other to fend off the darkness.
  14. In simple terms it's because we're not that lucky.
  15. If they end up in administration they absolutely will go down. If they don't then I agree, they'll stay up. We're clearly not going to see them in the PL for some years though. Possibly a decade based on what's going on down there...
  16. Aye, but the main joy of that scoreline is that palace still haven't scored or got any points
  17. £400 million But it's ok because now he's knocked off £20m. Are we worth fucking £400m? You could buy two Neymars for that!
  18. Sounds like the had the better of the half though. They're doomed under Bilic mind, which you would think is going to make things awkward for us eventually.
  19. That makes as much sense as what Trump said.
  20. Taking the knee is usually bowing for a monarch or something isnt it? Like going down on one knee?
