I think the argument runs that 'where do you draw the line'. Gun toting Pandas? Mid-war alien invasion? Guns firing cotton-candy? EDIT - Also, if inclusivity becomes more important than historical accuracy, wouldn't you have to go all the way with all social labels? Don't disagree with doing so actually, but you can't just half-arse it if inclusivity is your priority. Having said that, it doesn't bother me what gender anyone in the game is. It also doesn't bother me really whether the nazis are wearing nazi clothing. What bothers me is the infantilization of our culture by one group of people trying to protect everyone else from everything, and another group actively trying to wind them up by going to further and further extremes, and the inevitable overspill into normal life that we're now seeing. Good point - never been arsed about a legacy myself, but I think it's important to arrive at your death bed and have as few regrets as possible. As for this game, I wonder if they've done it because they anticipate having people play as the German side, as with Battlefield One. It's easier for Battlefield to do that because WWI was a clusterfuck borne out of the idiocy of all sides of it, and wasn't based around notions of racial supremacy. If they did the same thing in WWII, I suspect they'd end up with a lot of screenshots being taken and turned into memes by ignorant and disrespectful halfwits, aimed at winding up people whose job it is to look for things to be offended by. As Wolfy says mind, I kind of think it's normal to always be striving for more. It seems to be hardwired into us. That said, yeah, sleepless nights over it aren't a good thing. Do you have a sense of self worth outside of your career? If you were sacked tomorrow and had to start all over again could you handle it? Cos maybe increasing your sense of value in other aspects of your life would mitigate the stress you feel over this one...? Not sure on the name but it's the one with the drones that electrify platforms while the boss runs around trying to close range fight you and cloaking. The fallen are the enemy. Apparently you don't heal normally, and the only way to proceed is to kill enemies so that they produce light, which you can then stand in and heal yourself with. But doing that while trying to avoid electrified platforms and fighting a close range boss sounds like a challenge.

On the second one you've mentioned, how do you perform career wise relative to your peer group? Just wondering if it's an external pressure or an internal one. Arguably not a bad thing mind you, if you're ambitious and have goals for the future. Admittedly, it does rather make it difficult to ever find a sense of contentment...

Apparently the Nightfall this week is fucking brutal a team from our clan tried it last night at levels 285, 293 and 295. Took them 4 attempts and they managed it in the end with 40 seconds left. I asked if I could try it with them tonight and was told they're not going back to that one ever again
