  1. ... I don't often post in this thread, but between Renton's newly exposed fetish and Gemmill's elven cosplay selfie, I think I'm done in here for another few days.
  2. It's NUFC. Will believe when it happens and not before. Am currently assuming the worst.
  3. This memo drafted by Johnson and Gove feels like the next chapter in the downfall of May. As well as positioning from the former two to replace her once she goes. Wonder if defeat of the Brexit bill that they mention in this article could see her off.. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/nov/12/uk-government-tensions-rise-after-leak-of-letter-to-prime-minister
  4. Have you tried just the basic training modes yet? For beginners they should be fine really... the biggest thing you need to work on really is timing and that will just come with practice. may as well just hit the basic in game training for that. My team just got knocked out of this week's tournament Played a hell of a good team in round 1. Kinda like being a League 2 team playing Man City.
  5. Yep. Not saying they won't fuck it up but I think they've still got the ability to get a good outcome for us if they time it right.
  6. Me too but I don't know what you expect Labour to do. The tide needs to turn on Brexit outside of party politics. That will happen, I'm sure, but Labour are only going to get one chance to say "ok this changes things, let's have a second referendum". They need to choose the moment well. I mean, what would you have them do that you think would actually work?
  7. They were 20 odd points back last time and are currently far stronger. A similar campaign to last time should see them a fair way ahead. If they go all in now they risk people losing interest in their message by the time it actually becomes relevant to do something. Hold your damn nerve ffs, this isn't over yet.
  8. Tbf it's actually kind of funny
  9. I expect this is strategic. The Tories are doing wall to wall damage to themselves at the moment. No need to get involved. Labour just need to campaign as well as they did last time when it comes to the main event.
  10. We just need another player for a TT 3s team
  11. Internet collapsed mate, sorry.
  12. OK hang on, I'll try to join you now. Gimme 10 mins.
  13. Sorry, was out tonight. I've got all the adaptors and stuff set up though so maybe tomorrow?
  14. Corbyn endorsed by Brown... a little late but important I guess: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/gordon-brown-jeremy-corbyn-labour-leader-backs-phenomenon-people-change-left-wing-centre-tony-blair-a8047291.html?amp
  15. Was just reading the Guardian's take on it. Apparently the guy (I'm not very familiar with his work) is a leading feminist as far as comedians go, and has regularly satirised the hypocrisy of men in their interactions with women. He has stated that men are the single greatest threat to women in the world “How do women still go out with guys, when you consider the fact that there is no greater threat to women than men? We’re the number one threat! To women! Globally and historically, we’re the number one cause of injury and mayhem to women. We’re the worst thing that ever happens to them!” He continued: “If you’re a guy, imagine you could only date a half-bear-half-lion. ‘Oh, I hope this one’s nice! I hope he doesn’t do what he’s going to do.’” What a fucking charlatan.
  16. I echo Strawb here, it's a fucking bizarre thing to do.
  17. ... mate, I think you've confused KD with wykiki. Also stop drinking and posting ffs
  18. CT, whether Labour 'bribed' the electorate or not, the point remains that the current, centrist system, is falling apart. It's not Labour's fault that everyone is miserable. It's not even really the Tories when you get down to it, they've been following the same flawed framework as their predecessors - they're just too stupid to realise that they can't answer the question within that framework. It's going to happen one way or another. It has to and it will. Whatever people think they're voting for is not as relevant as actually reforming the system.
