Hang on though, so he threatened to do this but apparently got the increase in spending he wanted as a result. Due to be 4% of GDP by 2024...? I'm struggling to imagine Putin being thrilled about that tbh.

Agree with Renton on the EU army, but as an EU Federalist, I woulda backed that anyway. Trump proposing to abandon NATO, a predominantly US initiative, is incredible. Fuck it, maybe we should start working for closer ties with the Chinese and abandon the Americans.

Do think we should have taken Shelvey and Lascelles though. Walker continues to be an accident waiting to happen in every game for me - picked up a totally pointless booking in this one. And Shelvey might just have been the link to take England into a position to break them down.

I'm amazed we got so far and thoroughly enjoyed that Not getting involved in the recriminations here but that's the first time i can remember that England haven't been a total fucking let down. If we'd managed to get a second goal in the first half we'd have won it. But its a young team and clearly we need some work on scoring from open play. Nobody is perfect though. France to win, though I'd rather Croatia.

Recently SJW rhetoric has progressed in such a way that we have trans activists demanding that heterosexual men have sex with them otherwise they're bigotted.

It's just the SJWs tearing themselves apart because they cant square ideology with their own sexual desires, and so the lesbians have to brand transwomen as 'not women' even though their ideology dictates that they cannot do this. Think of it as a cult and it all makes more sense. The coercion here is that the ideology says they must treat transwomen as full women. So they're being coerced by their rigidity.

WTF is going on. We're in the semi final of the world cup. We've beaten teams we should beat. We won a penalty shoot out. Fuck. If she achieves that then she's done basically everything she wanted. And I'm tempted to say that every time I've said something like "the government must surely have a compromise plan they are confident will work because there is no way they'd sleepwalk into no deal or full remain", i was right This sucks.
