The"influx" is about the same as it was 10 years ago. 600k immigrants a quarter. Net migration growth has been driven by fewer people leaving the country. He gives a couple of examples from the last 4 decades. Even if it were among the ten worst drop offs in that time, it wouldn't be good. And we're only 4 days in from the decision with 2 to 3 years to the potential exit actually happening.
