  1. Think it started around 600 AD. That's why they're still 600 years behind with all their small factions. No doubt there'll be a big meeting where they agree god's word and become a huge salvation-selling conglomerate in a century or two. And then in a few thousand years, they'll combine with christianity too and become the Viacom of spirituality.
  2. Damn right!! edit: btw Happy, how many of those countries were Christian before the Islam faith came into being? I don't know, if you're going to use it as an argument you should find out.
  3. 15m sounds like an awful lot doesn't it. Of course, the 500m population of the EU would make the average around 3% of the population. Compare that with the number of christians in the middle east... Lebanon - % Christian: 34-41% Israel - % Christian: 2.1-2.8% West Bank and Gaza - % Christian: 1.1-2.4% Egypt - % Christian: 8-16% Syria - % Christian: 5.4-9.4% Jordan - % Christian: 3-4% Iraq - % Christian: 2.7- 3.5% http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/4499668.stm We go over there, stealing their jobs and opening our churches. We should be banned.
  4. The £2.95 postage takes the shine off the 'unbelievable deal'. Just cos you only need one box for the year, doesn't mean the rest of us can't stock up
  5. It's all a bit underwhelming so far like.
  6. We protested in the form of paper planes. Tried to 9/11 Ashley in his seat, unfortunately after completing it's turning circle over the pitch it only had the legs to reach the dugout. I hope it never hit Ameobi or he'll be out another month.
  7. 99p for 3 blerbs... http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/durex-pleas...oms_1_3493.html Durex Pleasuremax is the ultimate condom that gives extra intensity of feeling for both partners, with a specially designed shape plus uniquely positioned ribs and dots in all the right places. Remember Magma, wrap it up.
  8. http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?showtopic=26238 I know all that Mr. Meenzer, what I actually meant was what was the story on his short performence against Swansea. I thought someone who was at the match could give an opinion. He picked up the ball once, ran 50 yards with it before taking a touch too many then ran another 100 yards around the pitch chasing to get it back. It was hilarious, like the kids in the infants who all swarm after the ball.
  9. SATURDAY 28TH NOVEMBER BATTLE ROYALE II: REQUIEM 12.40am Film4 Utter garbage. Fans of the original should avoid souring it. THE CHILDREN OF HEAVEN 1.20am ITV1 Iranian film about a girl who loses her shoes and can't go to school. I'm amazed ITV1 are championing foreign cinema like. What happened to The Vault? 10. They are Minus Bassong, Beye (doesn't get a game), Viduka(doesn't have a club), Owen(doesn't get a game), Martins (doesn't get a game) and Duff If we hadnt sold N'Zogbia, Given and Milner we wouldnt even be having this debate......lookin at who we lost it really does make you wonder how the fuck we were doing so shit before they left! Goes to show the 'quality' we had. So regardless of what they are doing for their clubs now are you saying that they arent quality? I'd take Beye back in a shot. Wouldn't touch the other 3 of them.

  13. Worth it for a monitor that displays infinity though surely.
  14. The Newcastle Arms sell Tokyo (or did). A lad I go to the match with had a half of it before the game one time. Fucking vile.
  15. Afraid not. That's why HP bought us. They never had an Applications Delivery arm so rather than try and build one, they bought an existing profitable one. Hardware sales are down across the board, so buying EDS is the one thing that's kept their profits on the up. What I'm saying is I can design an application for you but I can't install a printer. Fuck helping him, HF - what about getting us (me in particular) a HP laptop with your company discount???? I've never even looked at what I can get now. Before we transferred i always found the discounts on offer from EDS could be bettered in stores anyway. Are these good deals.... » NEW! 17. Ian Dury And The Blockheads - My Old Man All the best mate from your son
  18. http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/200911250011 Glenn Beck says the president should order soldiers to shoot detainees in the head. But remember, they hate us for our freedom, for our justice system and for our democracy. Incredible that the most outspoken war mongers are so eager to destroy our system of law so that the terrorists don't win. Perhaps that's what these people want, if we become as barbaric as them, they won't hate us and will stop fighting. I've used Glenn Beck as the most extreme example, I know we should ignore him, but people believe exactly the same as him and voice it slightly more moderately.
  19. Can't say I do actually. And wyki, is it just because he plays for a Yorkshire club or is he really shite? I remember that, was around the time Owen was signed when Souness was here. "troublemaker" "brothers a spacker" etc. I know we were linked with him then but that was over 4 years ago. 3 years and 2 months.... http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...st&p=190829 Wasn't the consensus at that time (after Owen was clearly not the player he'd once been following Germany '06 and after Anelka's good season at Bolton) that he'd be a good signing? Aye. People were still against him thiough. There wouldn't be much debate around it now if he declared an interest.

I currently work for a pretty big company that uses HP hardware and we are not allowed to buy anything at the moment so that won't be helping you. I think that's another reason they bought EDS, we used to use Dell hardware. Now we've switched to HP they've got themself another customer. Just bought out 3com too. I wonder if it's a similar story there.
  22. They'll always use it as opportunity to clear out the overpaid deadwood. There's a voluntary scheme that runs alongside it and they knock back anyone that applies to take redundancy who's cheap enough and good enough to add value. It does add pressure to those that are left....but they were still hiring grads fresh out of uni at the start of the year. Reading that back, you could call it the Mike Ashley template....except for the "good enough" bit of course. Anyway, best do some work.
