    I'm not sure that the 100 points plus we managed last time and few others have ever achieved should be the minimum benchmark. Boro lost 9 and got automatic promotion last year. Watford lost 11 the season before and went up in second. Hull lost 15 games in 12/13 and got automatic promotion with it. Losing one or two a month all season long wouldn't necessarily be a disaster.

    If we had played like them people really would have something to moan about, however much of the ball they had., One pen, an angled shot straight at the keeper, a speculative effort from outside the box and plenty of corners was all they had to show for it.

    We've only managed more shots on target than last night 5 times since the start of 14/15. Attacking at the 95 percentile. All the possession confirms is we noticeably started letting them have the ball when in the lead so we could get some space behind them.

    I never blamed the fans for it. It's like a feedback loop of nervous energy that goes through the whole stadium. The team have done nothing to give supporters any confidence in years. It's annoying to hear supporters get on players backs and shout for them to be dragged off after 15 minutes though. Like I said, does no-one any favours.

    Surprised by the negativity. Here and in the stadium. Massive improvement in performance iyam. Pressed more, higher up the pitch, looked for space off the ball, made plenty of chances, converted a good proportion of them. Still look like frightened children whenever the opposition get within 30 yards, but again, the crowd do the team no favors screaming for challenges to be made or to chase after the ball when we're trying to keep our shape until they make a mistake.

    Thought it was harsh the shit he's got after one game. 2 wins and 13 points in 22 games now though. That's on track for a 22 point season. blackpool visiting in the cup soon. He couldn't, could he?

    Someone on here said NINE are showing all the games. I know the club youtube channel has the goals and reaction from the Huddersfield game, but it didn't go up until Monday. Whether there'll be a 2 day wait after midweek games as well I don't know, but assume they had to wait until after goals on Sundayto hoy those up.

He has more subscribers on youtube than the big nufc twitter accounts like Caulkin, Ryder, Douglas, TF, The Mag, Steve Wraith. the supporters trust and ashleyout.com have COMBINED! Without knowing the nufc.com reader numbers, he could be the most influential Newcastle supporter there is... after Shearer.
