Death At A Funeral - Turd! -
I was canny dismissive of Slipknot until I saw them live. Totally blew me away. Incredible energy and tight as fuck. Still haven't listened to a whole album after the first one like.

Nuclear Scaremongering about Iran from Clinton
Happy Face replied to Happy Face's topic in General Chat
Well nor do Bhutan yet, and we're not pressing sanctions on them. they don't have a load of centrifuges IIRC EDIT I apologise - the Bhutanese are using prayer wheels cunningly adopted to process hi-grade Uranium Delivery systems are a bit of a problem mind............... Sorry for picking a country out of my arse. The Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty allows countries to build nuclear power stations under international supervision. Countries with nuclear power plants: Argentina Armenia Belgium Brazil Bulgaria Canada China Croatia Czech Republic Finland France Germany Hungary India Japan Korea, South (ROK) Mexico Netherlands Pakistan Romania Russia Slovakia Slovenia South Africa Spain Sweden Switzerland Taiwan (ROC) Ukraine United Kingdom United States Countries planning to introduce nuclear power: Bangladesh Belarus Egypt Indonesia Iran Israel Italy Kazakhstan North Korea Lithuania Poland Thailand Turkey United Arab Emirates Vietnam But only one of them is getting sanctions imposed that I know of. ...and in the news..... http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/julian-bor...ear-southafrica -
Bassong? Beye? Duff? Martins? Yep, they'd all have gone anyway. To save wages for three out of four. Bassong wasn't even on a high wage, like Milner and N'zogbia (who went before relegation) he offered too much profit for Ashley to retain.

Unfortunately the rest of the house is a carpetless crumbling shitheap. -
Watched it in a pub in Dalbeattie which was packed out half and half with Rangers and Celtic fans.....all of which took the piss constantly. The Celtic fans were a bit less lairy given Rangers had just pipped them to the league.

Ministers to press ahead with plans to cut MP numbers
Happy Face replied to Craig's topic in General Chat
If they cut 10% that's 65 MPs on a salary of £134,565 each. A grand total of £8.7m saved. You could argue there's only 435 in the house of reprasentatives and they have a far higher population in the US ....but all it does is make it easier for corporate interests to bribe fewer people. -

I've lost all respect for you as Toontastics Film critic. In no way do I allow comps to impact my critical integrity....as the above thoughts on She's out of my league should prove. ...I suspect my thoughts of Death at a Funeral will be more scathing, given it's an English language remake of an English language film that came out only 3 years ago but now stars Martin Lawrence. I think you're missing the point there a bit HF. How can a person claim to love films if they don't see them in their best medium unless it's free? I've got a projector, a 2m screen and surround sound in my house where I watch films without little shits playing on their phone, making a racket and hoying stuff about. I think it's an even better way to watch films. Even when i went to the Tyneside to watch Lebowski I couldn't believe how many people couldn't hold a piss in for 2 hours. Every ten minutes someone was pushing past other viewers and blocking the screen. And they're supposed to be the more discerning viewer. Fair enough but you're still waiting several months to watch them in your private cinema. Problem with the Tyneside is you can take in drinks hence the increased pissing. It's less of a problem at the Odeon etc although you run the risk of talking for some releases. It doesn't seem that long ago since you could smoke in the Tyneside tbh - those were the days. I'm not necessarily fussed on seeing films as soon as they come out. There's still hundreds of oldies I'm just as keen to see as any of the latest releases....I still haven't even seen all the films in the IMDB top 250. -

Can't believe you hadn't been to the refurbed Tynside before. You'll be telling me you haven't been to the theatre next, you pleb. I only tend to go to the cinema when I get free tickets. Got free tickets for Death at a Funeral tonight. It looks fucking wank. I do like Tracy Morgan though. Fingers crossed. -
£25 on .cock £20 on sports direct That's more than Sunderland strips go for new. I was thinking more like a tenner. I'll give it a few more weeks.

I've hardly given a fuck about the football on the field in 6 years. We've not looked like we'll be in the running for anything important at any point since Souness got the job....apart from a few games at the start of 08/09 where I thought it might be the start of something and was sadly misguided. I can't see us being in the running for anything 6 years from now either, so relegation has achieved exactly fuck all apart from increasing the debt and making it harder for Ashley to get out with a return on his investment. There's not a player that left the club who we wouldn't have got rid of if we stayed up, so you're delusional if you think it's relegation that's stabilised the wage bill.

I forgot...I also went to see The Big Lebowski at The Tyneside on Saturday. It was their birthday so people had voted for the films they wanted screened and Lebowski got more votes than any other. It was introduced by some of the people that nominated it and everyone in there had probably seen it dozens of times. Strange to be in a cinema where the laughs start building before the funny lines. It was brilliant, I was using my T-shirt to wipe away the tears of laughter before the opening credits went up. Shamefully, it was the first time I've been to the Tyneside since it was done out and it's lush. We were in the Roxy, and those reclined, soft seats with miles of leg room were the most comfortable I've ever had. Must make an effort to get there more. -
Good work chap. Conratumulations!
