By the way, Schweinsteigers salary is still 3 million euros. About £2.5m less than £50k a week. It would have been a strange decision to turn down £70k 2 years ago. -
http://www.people.co.uk/sport/football/spo...02039-22403602/ The NOTW reported a club source at the time.... "Jimenez and Wise were on the trail of Sami Nasri, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Valmiro Valdo at Espanyol. They just lost out on Nasri to Arsenal and Schweinsteiger turned us down, even though he was offered £70,000 a week." http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/foot...rticle22169.ece I wonder who's telling the truth.

Viz Top Tips: GO Dutch for a meal by kicking your partner under the table several times, and burst out crying at the end A GOLF TEE with a drilled out core makes an ideal vuvuzela for a hamster. ARJEN ROBBEN. Save time and effort by simply crawling around the pitch shouting 'Ref!' every 6 seconds ITV, stick some repeats of Heartbeat on. Everyone's watching the World Cup on BBC1

Glad you enjoyed yourself. Trouble (kevin's definition) - Fighting and stuff. I duno, i found it hilarious at the time, maybe because i was pied. Or may old bunch on this forum is turning into a scared old bunch of men Anyone that went on your recommendation of not seeing any "trouble" would be pissed off you didn't mention knifepoint robberies, tents being set on fire and death because it didn't fit your definition of trouble. the dubliner didn't rob us, he sold themins drugs all weekend, good guy. Tents being set on fire - wasn't ours, all in the fun of it Death - More of a moronic titwad who couldn't handle his drink.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10628641 Could it be that delaying cuts was having the desired effect? Can't imagine the Tories will generate similar stats from their first 3 months in power. I very much doubt it. The biggest rise in people working for 4 years would suggest it was.

Based upon what?

Mind, it probably informed the decision that the mackems are visiting so early in the season, October 31st. Few geordies will be able to resist paying £40 if it means getting to the game.

Struggling to sell Season Tickets/Memberships? Yet another reason to despise these cunts running the club. I've sat in these seats for the last couple of years and prefer to sit up there. Last year I wouldn't renew in case the the twat grabbed the ST sales money and sold, so used a long distance Mags ticket for the games he couldn't make and paid on the day when he was up. This year I wasn't going to bother with a ST as I'll miss about 5-6 games through work, it would prob be cheaper to get the tickets as and when. Now, though? Why the fuck should I have to pay £20 just so I can pay on the day to sit where I want? Fucking useless greedy bastards. I'm probably going to have to get a ST but feel like just telling the cunt to stick it and keep my money from going to SportsDirect. It's a disgrace like. Sacrificing the atmosphere for cash. You'll get people ringing up asking for tickets in the singing section and they'll be told they either have to pay £20 just for the privelige of being allowed to buy a shit £20 seat in the heavens, or pay £35 for a far better seat with a better view. So the corner that generates all the atmosphere in the stadium will end up half empty for 14 or so games.

I've no argument that travel can broaden the mind, but anyone I've spoken to that took a year to travel seems to have spent the time bungee jumping, kayaking and getting pissed up with other westerners. Which is brilliant by the way. I wish I could have afforded to do it myself. Nowt to do with enhancing career prospects though.

There's plenty of work in games development.....only problem is the pay is utter shite .

Credit note means they have your money, and you have no goods. So go and get your goods. That'll do me. I'd use it to get a free strip when they come out...if they weren't crepe paper pieces of shit.

Go on a gap year kid. I know it's cliché, but you'll grow up a lot and have a broader reflection on the world in which you live. Plus you'll get to meet interesting girls all over the world and finger them behind unusual bins. In all seriousness, cane the job and save as much as you can, then bugger off to South America with a backpack and an open mind. come back, go to a decent uni, study a course that is interesting enough to keep you keen, but also gives you a grounding in a career. After 3-4 years of Uni, (where 1-2 years will be dossing about and being zany) take a year or so of shitty bar jobs or whatever until you sort out a decent starter level job and then begin to climb the ladder. Find a bird willing to bear your seed and create two little progeny. go on occasional holidays, stay in touch with uni mates, hope your kids don't turn to drugs or promiscuity like you did, then retire as soon as possible and take your now haggard missus somewhere in the country and grow old together. sorted Why do Stoodents that haven't even been to the lakes have to go to South America for a broader reflection of the world? I think it's the sun.

I've got a £35 credit note for Sports Direct sat in a draw at home. It'll expire soon. How should I proceed?
-
You'd have thought the BBC would mention this turn of events though.....given how frequently they've repeated the claim he was released for health reasons as fact.... 8th July 2010 4th July 2010 30th March 2010 etc. I can't be arsed going back to August.

Better than dying in the dark ages under the US I guess. So they weren't being deliberatly executed by the Taliban for something as trivial as playing western music? Why's that worse than being deliberatly executed by the US for no reason whatsoever, just going about your business at a funeral or a wedding or showing a Reuters photographer around? At least they could avoid western music and not worry about execution.

photoshopped tbh
