  1. My twat scale, starting with the most twatty... Andy Carroll Michael Owen Robbie Savage Derek Llambias Mike Ashley How would you rank those twats?
  2. Did anyone else watch Mad Dogs? Sweep baby jesus and the orphans!
  3. Uh ? No capiche - Is that like Gabbahouse ?
  4. All these follow ups have ruined the original for me. Filth peddlars need to start coming up with some original ideas or I'll be flaccid the rest of my life.
  5. I thought blade runner was shite too like. Very few sci fi films i've enjoyed since I was about 14.
  6. I thought The Matrix was just a nerds moist dream. Cringe when I see geeks in the long coat and boots too. Neo wept tbh.
  7. That reminds me... Still haven't watched it again.
  8. Personally I thought The Matrix was shit before part 2 came out.
  9. Do remakes/sequels make original films worse?
  10. Tiotes flick alone lifted the crowd another 50% and fueled the atmosphere for the last 20 minutes. just stuff like that, not even goals, help get the crowd on side and in good voice.
  11. The club demanded he put one in. Yes RA, I'm not name dropping. ITK people will know who he is. He's a "face". Not saying your source is wrong, or that it didn't happen, but I think it's a bit disingenuous of carroll to put it about that he was forced to put in a transfer request. Theres no possible reason I can imagine that he had to do what the club told him on that score...he chose to make the request to make sure it went through. "Pawn" is a bit of a cliche, but thats pretty much what Carroll was in this deal. It was played out by powerful men who know the game, and the game is to move money around the sport so they can make even more money. He was lent on by the club and no doubt by his own (very dodgy, but normal by his own "profession's" standards) agent, Mark Curtis. Strange that carroll would listen to a bloke taking his career in the opposite direction he'd like it to go, let alone pay him a shitload to fuck him over. The beaming smile, the quotes about how happy he was, seeking the advice of nolan and taking it...was he forced to do all that too.

  13. Did RA say why he put a transfer request in if he was determined to stay?

  15. Even as I give them credit for the current league position in another thread, they shoot themselves in the foot with shit like this. Disappointing.
  16. Coloccini a replacement for milner. Who needs football men running the club?
  17. We had declined long before "this wanker" bottomed us out. Thus far, it's our best season for years and years. The Champions League and "waiting list" were long gone before he even turned up Stat for everyone to use at todays game...we' ve not been this high in the league on 5th march since 2004. 7 years.
  18. He's been there literally one month As if he was in trouble EVERY weekend up here.
  19. A posters history of thousands of words speaks thousands of words, so I'm gonna go with meenzer on this one. Sorry asm.
  20. The rumour was freddie shepherd to headline glastonbury.
  21. Looks a rather nice menu. Hopefully a full report will be forthcoming. Lovely place, nice views of the tyne, smart decor, lush music (scratchy trendy stuff more than traditional laid back jazz fusion), excellent waiter, good crockery and cutlery, but the food was just average. A 2 course and a 3 course with one drink each came to 70 quid, which was good value in every department, except the most important one,
  22. “Private sector unprepared to fill the hole left by public sector cuts.” http://krugman.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/03/0...nfidence-fairy/ Who'd have guessed?
