All this talk with a known grass viewing. A moralising, drug hating, grass at that. There's an abuse of anti-terror legislation on the cards here.

How did Newcastle do the week you were born

Could count the number of times on my hands. Legalise the lot of them I say.

Film/moving picture show you most recently watched

Far From Heaven Julianne Moore is a 50's housewife that finds her hubby getting into another fella and finds a friend in the black gardener. Quality melodrama if a bit heavy handed in it's portrayal of the middle aged white man as spoiled and selfish while the woman and the black man show self sacrifice and suffering that knows no bounds. If your lass wants to see a soppy film far better to watch summat well made like this than a crappy Hugh Grant, Drew Barrymore type rom com. -
Agreed Incoming - Been happy with the signings so far. Won't be happy if we don't bring in another proven (non crock) striker though, and a right back. At least. Outbound - gutted to lose Nolan. He held all the cards and ashley is happy to fold when that's the case. Just hope we don't see too many more first teamers cut loose.

Most peoples wet dream will be if we spend what we've pulled in from sales. Most people don't think we'll get close though.

Them or the Chemical bros were my favourite I think. Not seen everything like. Chemicals are always excellent but the Wu Tang were berating the crowd half way in for not understanding what they were watching and then dragged them along in the end.

The 'i love hudfersfield town flag really made this performance.

Beeyons putting the u2's and coldaged to shame

Nani, Valencia and now Ashley Young are slightly better replacements for Ronaldo than Kuqi was for Carroll though.

Mismanagement of money. The sale of Andy Carroll for 35M is only a good sale if we end up with a better team as a result. We've been lied to over and over again, about money, player retention, you name it. This is just another one of the lies, another con that the gullible will seemingly gulp down eagerly. If the core of the supporters stopped acting like mugs then they'd have to stop treating them like mugs. in a nutshell. Instead of going round in circles and instead of the football accountants trotting out all the excuses, that is the bottom line, and the record of Mike Ashley so far suggests that this is most definitely NOT going to happen and this money is NOT going to be re-invested in purchases by his appointed manager. When Man U sold Ronaldo did Fergie go on a 60/70 mil spending spree?? I doubt the 35mil will be used solely on transfers but I will be disappointed if we don't sign more quality players, its not all down to fees if we do smart business. Look at Hernandez, 7 mil?? There must be more out there like him That's the bit I can't comprehend that people don't get. Apart from City and Chelsea none of the "succesfull" clubs spend what they don't have. Man U have debts of £478m They've spent over £44m this year (so far), they're after a keeper next. http://www.soccerbase.com/teams/team.sd?te...mTabs=transfers Therefore we should too? Seriously? For someone that complains about me putting words in his mouth you've taken quite a leap there. It was a question. Putting words in your mouth would be stating 'so you think..'. Thats your trick, not mine Were you just adding Man U to the list of Man city/Chelsea i.e. the clubs who can afford to spend huge amounts? The difference with Man U is that their debt structure is completely different and even with the interest and re-payments, they still make a profit. This allows them to carry (or service the debt) and invest from the remaining profit. They all can, and they all do from a position of debt. We hit a problem in that our debt outstripped our assets, which has to be dealt with. But at what cost? You don't sell St James' Park and play your games on the town moor to make a quick return. That's the approach with replacing Carroll with Kuqi though.

Love the way TP is geting proper riled. If you're gonna be contrary TP you have to follow the CT model of complete indifference to received wisdom. You're supposed to be the enlightened one.

Love Cee Lo's Legion of Doom outfit.

Just watching the U2's getting inerviewed after their set. Bono harping on about lay lines and altitude of the site. What a dull Robin Williams resembling bastard he is.

Aha! Now th penny drops......literally! You little capitalist Happy Impossible to make any money now that he's effectively shut up. Best thing he ever did too. If he can get Llambias to follow suit we may be getting somewhere. He's getting there, but he can't help himself every now and then he has to spout some bollocks.

The team spirit over the last 2 seasons has been a pleasure to see. Puts a lot of those Souness/Roeder/Allardyce lazy dourfests to shame.

A dog that can type can't be considered naughty by any stretch. The moral thought that goes into a dogs decision making is nothing to do with typing ability. He could have dictated it anyway.
