  1. You can tell when I know fuck all about a player. I just come up with shite rhymes for them to get involved.
  2. Mo-Mo-Modibo, welcome to our team Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Isn't Pards a dream.
  3. Maiga Modibo ashore, Hallelujah!
  4. Lordy! Of course the price freeze isn't twattish. It's something Ashley deserves credit for. I would not argue otherwise as to do so would be utter stupidity. I'm being fair by listing ALL his major decisions. If I didn't include those good things I'd be dishonest and you/chez/CT would say "negative". Of course you're going to try and vindicate a lot of the twattish stuff too, None of it has been vindicated as yet though.
  5. Course you don't have to trust them. You can dismiss whatever they say as utter bollocks and judge what happens on actions. Looking back over the past year or so, the major decisions being... Sack Hughton Appeared twattish but turns out not Appoint Pardew Appeared twattish but turns out not see above Sell Carroll Not twattish - wouldn't wat him back tbh Don't replace him Borderline twattish - Demba Ba "could" be considered the replacement. Up the Sports direct ante Inconsequential - neither twattish or untwattish Move season ticket holders from the corner - Understandable given the bile. It's not the first time fans have been shifted, and wont be the last. Increase the family enclosure capacity - Untwattish Restrict fans to 1 away ticket each -for Non member fans, that said Paully on Skunkers collared 14 tickets for B'Burn away so is this "1 ticket" really a fact. Offer a 10 year price freeze Decidedly untwattish surely Largley twattish Largely untwattish tbh In fact it's really a long time since he made a major rick I'm not going to go over all the twattish things above. I've tried to include all the major decisions, twattish or not, and I'm sure you'll be in the minority on most if you asked fans wether they think each was twattish or not.

Who looks most ashamed of themselves for posing in these photos? Maybe that's just because he can't actually move his face.

Bacon on 5 live was saying now he's dead it proved wrong those who said it would be a long term intervention. It's like some people haven't noticed Iraq.
  9. We were in 5th place after that result too. Forgot we had such a solid position. http://www.statto.com/football/img/progress/ACBAMEALln
  10. How many points we gonna have after 14? We had 18 last season. This time it'll be 16 points plus whatever we get from... Wigan (h) Stoke (a) Everton (h) Man City (a) Man U (a) Chelsea (h) I reckon 21.
  11. I'm like Partridge with Bond, as much as I enjoy it personally, I hate it when people get it wrong.
  12. I have no issue with "profit from sale" or recovery of money put in (even with reasonable interest) and if the dividends etc are taken from profits fair enough, to a point, but if it's to the detriment of the finances it's not ok, because by definition those monies are being taken to the detriment of the team/club. Liverpools old owners never took salary nor dividend, it all went back in, maybe that's why our respective roads diverged from when we were on a par with them. That led them to real sustained success and led us to purely relative "success", compared to what we were used to. We have not had any semblance of real or sustained success since the 50's. To borrow Leazes' favourite "quote" we were the 5th best club in the league. Is being 5th at anything real success? its a damn sight better than the "average" 17th of your man, and his target of "top 10". You wouldn't get consistent league positions like that by selling your best players and not backing your managers. Anyway, have you worked out where the cash from the sales of Carrol etc has gone yet ? And do you have the bottle to concede that your man didn't do what you thought he would do in the summer, and spend that money to show his ambition ........ Everton? Yes, I am pedantic. Just to be pedantic, I think Everton outspent us every year Ashley's been here in order to finish in the top half... 07/08 - £21m 08/09 - £15m 09/10 - £20m Except this year... 10/11 - £0 ...and they're currently 15th.
  13. Cheap shot, like. It's not as though many of us were thinking anything different at the time. You judge people on past experience, and Pardew had been sacked at Charlton after taking them down, then sacked at 3rd division Sarfampton, His track record was nothing better than average. Parky was right at the time. I'm urging caution about forgetting his past experience. Best to judge him on his last 5 jobs rather than his last 5 games. Of course, if he does a good job here long-term, we should re-evaluate based on the new experience. As yet, no better than Hughton though.
  14. Spot on that like. Gets surreal when the people who say Pardew is a job theiving scumbag are the same ones who complain Robson was sacked without a replacement in waiting. The sort of thing only Gladys can justify to himself.
  15. Cobra on offer in Morrisons. 12 bottles for £13.....2 cases for £18. Does the job.
  16. I like the sport because of the chaos. Logic doesn't come into it. If it did, Spurs beat arsenal and we drew with Arsenal so Spurs should have beaten us. Not that I said Wigan would beat us like.
  17. Team negative. Think we'll beat them like. 2-0, 3-1. Something like that. Team wrong tbh I was sure we'd Muller Spurs.
  18. I'm happy for the lads who keep the place going to turn a profit.
  19. They haven't won away from home all season. They've scored 1 goal on the road and conceded 8. Would be just like us not to take all 3 points and the entire mood to switch again.
  20. Paypal is so secure I haven't been able to use my account for donkeys. Just added a new card and that, so once it's verified i'll contribute. Spent £14.99 on Pirates of the Carribean which was 2 hours of passable entertainment. I've had at least 5000 hours of much better entertainment from this place since it started, so valued on the POTC scale, I owe about £32,828.10
  21. I'd argue, but I'm in bed wearing joggers and a hoody and its time for sleep.
  22. I'm enjoying it more than most. Certainly more than a pardew bandwagoner like you. after you've been going for a few years you'll learn to take it with a pinch of salt too though.
