  1. Named to make Kevin feel at home.
  2. When I read this I thought it confirmed my thoughts on the shirt, that it would not get Sports Direct on there, but looking back at my posts on the topic it seems I did some CT style covering of the bases... 8. I'd be interested to know how many NUFC shirts are sold locally and how many are sold worldwide. I still can't decide if it's financially astute to put the Sports Direct name on the shirt. My initial thought was it would be a financial decision, so it wouldn't happen, as local sales would crash, but I think that move would be excellent for his international interests with Sports Direct...so it will happen, whatever the cost to NUFC. Still confidently predicting we'll not see anything but "Sports Direct" on the roof though.
  3. Excellent. Funds to be made available to Pardew in January.
  4. See Stevie's point about Dalglish and his transfer record. He's as ignorant of his own racism as Suarez is. Needs someone at the club to pull him up. Would have happened to Woy...but unfortunately Dalglish is currently the most powerful bloke at the club.
  5. Santon and Ben Arfa would be torn apart by Nani et al. Someone should have told Blackburn. Now you want us to play more like Blackburn? Make your mind up. I thought hoofing it to Yakubu/Ba was a bad thing You know perfectly well what I mean and if you don't watch us roll over tonight. It'll be 442 with without Hatem and we won't keep the ball. I know that Blackburns success at Man U last week was built on being well organised at the back. Not by having an entire side of the pitch inhabited by players with less than 20 PL appearances between them.

  8. Started Ron Jeremy's autobiography. He's over the moon with himself for having so many talents. Being in Detroit Rock City doesn't really compare to shagging 14 women for 5 hours and shooting your nerf in their faces on cue though.
  9. He always drifts inside, he always has done. It really doesn't matter where he starts. (see Bale). It matters if you have a league one standard defender like Danny Simpson behind you rather than an international like Ekotto. Fear football? You pards loving motha! Can't stand the big lipped, cuckolding twunt.

  11. I've never seen him play on the wing so I don't know if it's right, but from what I've seen of him I can't imagine him bombing up and down the wing...and reading about his past it sounds more like he was on the left of a 4-3-3 when he performed on the outside.
  12. Pardew said it back in September.... “My view is that he can’t play out wide. He has not got the relish for it and his best football comes through the middle. “Realistically, he knows he has got more to do on the training ground. He smiles at me as if to say, ‘Okay, I will play next week. “He has character and there are times in coming weeks if he has not made a start he will be kicking my door down.”
  13. You're welcome, It was nothing
  14. Much prefer The Obertan and Scratchy Show...
  15. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2641673 Be warmer than it is now \o/ balmy.
  16. "The Frenchman believes he is more suited to playing in a footballing side, such as Swansea" January transfer.
  17. If we'd played every game like we did against Villa, Blackburn and Stoke, I might agree, but even before injuries we were flattered by results. our performances haven't really dropped off particularly, irrespective of injuries.
  18. Lets Kick Racism Liverpool out of Football
  19. Ignoring the fact they've been brought in to play in different positions so a comparison isn't worthwhile in the first place, it's exactly the opposite as far as I'm concerned. People have made their mind up on Obertan after 5 months, he's shit and deserves no support whatsover. After 2 years though, Ben Arfa needs more time to show what he can do. It's an incongruity that boils my piss...not because I don't think Ben Arfa should play, because I'd start him ahead of Best, but because supposed supporters of the club are bringing our own players down.
  20. You want Pardew sacked? Yes. Lordy. Ashley's record of managerial appointments is woeful. Kinnear, Hughton, Pardew, Shearer, Keegan.....and you want him to have ANOTHER pop while we're in a league position far exceeding what our spending should allow? Luckily Pardew will not be sacked this season so it's all moot.
  21. No, I mean he's played 10 games out of the last 14 NUFC have played, in 3 months.
  22. which has been a fewtimes for 10minutes at a time towards the end of games, unlike the rest of us who seen him play in league winning sides and in europe etc covered this before. To be fair/accurate.... He's never got less than 16 minutes in any game he's appeared in. He's played in 10 games (out of 14) and had an average of just under 40 minutes in each. Mythmaking to suggest he's being used as sparingly as Sammy the 5 minute man.
  23. Bruno - Never liked the character and was doing well not to laugh at any of OTT gay sterotyping humour, but then had to laugh at the Ron Paul and cage fighting scenes. It's a film that points and laughs at gay stereotypes for an hour...then ridicules rednecks and politicians for their homophobia. Still not quite sure if that's a good thing or not.
  24. Paul is the only one of them that Pegg and Frost wrote together.
