In terms of turnover, wages, wages as a percentage of turnover & profit NUFC are currently where they were in 2005. The debt is currently 4 times as high, commercial income is £10m lower and matchday income is £10m lower than it was back then. It's a similar story comparing to 2007 except the debt has only doubled since then What do you see as the areas he's turned around?

It's miserable story after miserable story of the life of crime which seems as inevitable as an early death or jail in the region. No character seems to last more than a few pages (except the author, though it's not an autobiography) so it's a constant flurry of people you never get much depth about in unrelated situations you rarely get much of a handle on. I had the same problem with the film. I know I'm in a minority though, both are widely acclaimed, I'm not a fan of the real life crime genre whatsoever though. If you are, it's probably great.

Any good playlists I can subscribe to?

To give 100% you'd have to give EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. Spit, vomit, faeces.....you'd have to be coughing up blood. You'd have to be left a husk of a man curled up on the pitch, shivering, drooling, unable to move a limb, at deaths door. If anyone at the club plays like they're in that condition, its Alan Smith. Probably best to give about 25%, conserve some energy for the next time you get the ball. Ben Arfa gives 7%.

I don't mind anyone choosing not to read books.....I just can't understand anyone being proud of it and having a pop at others for doing it. Overcompensating tbh

I read Gommorah on holiday too, Christ it was hard going. Can't remember if I finished it.

You can tweet loads of authors. I can't wait till your home brew is cracked open, tastes like diptheria in a bottle and you move on to the next hobby...I recommend reading a book is your next 'thing'. I reckon you'd love Louise Bagshawe.

CT, you've read the equivalent of War and Peace times 10 on toontastic. Why are you so boring? Kermodes books are bite sized yarns and rants suitably easy going for holidays. Maybe Karl Pilkington too. I Didnt read them on holiday like. The only books I ever read on holiday were Bob Dylans chronicles and 'your brain on music' the latter probably falls into your boring classification, I go more with fascinating. Just because I'm drinking a pino colada at midday, doesn't mean I switch taste to Michael McIntyre or Swedish whodunnits.

I never watched past season 12 or so, but I've got a series link going to catch up and the series 20 stuff is still funny as fuck

I was wondering, pound for pound if anyone has contributed less. Owen cost us £17m + £20m wages, but at least we got £6m back when he got crocked at the world cup and his run of 7 goals in 9 games at the end of 07/08 helped stave off relegation. Viana and Luque had the good grace to bugger off sooner rather than later too.

Unbelievable waste of £20m+

If you cut it in half (either way) the single non-crusted side is shorter, and you have 3 crusted sides on each half. Because you enjoy the non-crusted side the most (no-one bites into a sarnie from the crusted side) cutting diagonal gives a feeling that you are getting more "good sandwich" than you would otherwise with that long non-crusted length and only 2 crusted sides. Read more in my book, The Psycology of Snacks - a guide for podge monsters to defeat their mind and get thin.

Does Bravado Dave sound like Swiss Toni?

Beelzeboss off the second album, is absolutely brilliant. Perhaps the best song they've done for me. But aye, other than that, shite.

I think It's superb. Not as funny as the first one. Funnier than the second one.

Can an employer demand your personal mobile number?

I'd negotiate a 'pager support' salary bump if it's not mentioned in my existing contract.....in fact if I was THAT pivotal I'd discuss my current terms and whether a raise isn't warranted even without being on call 24/7. Doesn't sound like she wants the hassle though so just refuse, if the boss wants to arrange an 8am Monday meeting she should do so before 5.30pm on Friday the bell-end. -
That'll do from me for now
