  1. Hilarious considering your Marveaux stats based advocacy in the past.
  2. Accurate/Total Passes Ben Arfa 284/339 (877 minutes) - Pass every 2 1/2 minutes, successful one every 3 minutes. Nasri 893/984 (1300 minutes) - Pass every 1 minute 20 seconds, successful one every 1 1/2 minutes. Dribbles Ben Arfa - 47 - Dribble every 18 minutes Nasri - 32 - Dribble every 40 minutes
  3. Interstellar is an upcoming science fiction film directed by Christopher Nolan. When a wormhole (which hypothetically can connect widely-separated regions of spacetime) is newly discovered, a team of explorers and scientists embark on a voyage through it to transcend previous limitations on human space travel. The Hollywood Reporter said in addition to the official synopsis, "The plot is believed to involve time travel and alternate dimensions, but other details are being kept under wraps."
  4. I guess because it was an early change he wanted the same sort of system with a bit more creativity...so he went like for like replacing Gouffran. I've been the first to criticise Pardew for changing our whole approach with each substitution, so i won't criticise him for that, but if he did want Ben Arfa to win us the game while retaining the system you would think he would have replaced Sissoko and gone right like, where he can do most damage. Sissoko seenms to be the new Gutierrez. Undroppable.
  5. Aye. He was so sure Pardew would get us relegated and that Europe would have no effect on Swansea (just a pardew excuse that sort of thing) that he gave me 4-1 odds too
  6. Aye. Swansea sunk now. Which does me. Bet a lad on Newcastle online we'd finish 5 points ahead of them.
  7. City have been shit on the road for the most part. Thrown away loads of points. Conceded in all but one of them. I wouldn't be any more worried if Swansea manage to hold onto the draw.
  8. Only had it on 5 minutes but they're walking a tight rope here.
  9. That's bollocks. Tiote gets constant grief for his stupid choices when shooting.
  10. Got it sorted and now watching despicable me 2 in hd . Thanks Gemmil.
  11. Don't think the other half is happy I'm spending New Years Eve getting this Raspberry Pui up and running with XBMC. She's literally been left holding the baby It had better work so I can placate her with Frozen or some other new film in good quality.

  14. I like how they have introduced a battle with a cokney geezer to the story of Noah's Ark.
  15. Aye. He plays in front of Debuchy because he's less frail defensively than Santon though. It's a ridiculous situation that we revamp the entire team to make 1 change. Santon playing right wing so Haidara can go LB so Ben Arfa can go left wing without the danger of him and Santon being on the same side of the field and leaving us exposed. It boils my piss to see Pardew make similar wholesale changes almost every time we make a substitution. In the last 10 minutes against Arsenal it seemed less to have any tactical thought and more a case of trying to cause chaos among the arsenal defense who had gone 5 at the back to defend their lead....even hoying Krul into it before 90 minutes were up.
  16. Wor parents/granparents are divvies. They must think we're 8 year old. We've had to dedicate a whole cupboard to the biscuits, chocolates, strawbs, laces, haribo and that they gave us for christmas. I can happily go without touching crisps, chocolate or whatever and not give it a second thought, but if it's in the house I'll go through a pack of cookies in one cuppa. There's enough there to keep me chunky till easter. Didn't get drunk after either game last week though, so staying off the binge is going to be a cakewalk and should cancel it out.
  17. Champion. Only Bike shop I knew was Halfords and i didn't want to pay their prices for shite. I'll pop along the metrocentre and do that
  18. Time to do my CT impression. Can anyone recommend me some waterproofs? I'm not racing or owt, just the 3 mile daily commute to and from work, but don't want to waste money on owt shite... Was gonna go for this to protect my laptop.... http://www.amazon.co.uk/More-Mile-Waterproof-Backpack-Rucksack/dp/B008LUUJXE but reviews say not waterproof. This one reckons it is waterproof but complaints that it's pricey in the reviews, it is over twice the cost.. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000NOPW2Y/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=103612307&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00GTYHCMK&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=0Y6SXBQ7AVM2S7V0G6ZK Happy to pay the extra, but wonder if any of the folk on here can steer me in the best direction. Like the look of these gloves, but again, doesn't sound like they're actually waterproof or wind resistant. http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-North-Face-Mens-Glove/dp/B00AAV0OU0 Which cycling gloves should I get? ...and I don't want any skin tight lycra shit to wear as if i'm on the way to the velodrome, I just want some lightweight good quality waterproofs in the form of a jacket and trousers to go over normal clothes. What should I go for there? Cheers
  19. I don't get it myself. Why would playing a large number of games secure a new contract for someone who would be 32 when their current contract ends? Sounds like a crazy contract for the club to enter into, especially when our whole ethos now is to sign cheap youth and offload expensive aged players...not tie ourselves into long-term expensive deals with crocks.
  20. Glad to see I called it right from the get go
  21. Just been looking at the fixtures remaining. Sunderland have only visited 3 top half grounds (Everton, Southampton, Hull) They still have to visit Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man U, Spurs and Newcastle.
  22. I was trying to show a trend over the season rather than explain away his performance in this one game. He's come off the bench similarly before and been more interested in passing when he has the ball. It's natural to him to want to do everything himself. He's so bastard talented. In every run of games he does it more and more. And as the season goes on he does it more too.
  23. His pass/touch ratio was under 40% yesterday (8/21). His lowest of the season, apart from a much shorter substitute show against Cardiff. Whenever he is dropped and then comes back to start a game he comes back more of a team player, with passing more a part of his game than the previous time he got a game. He's always dropped following a slide on that front. I think it pisses off Pardew more than the lack of "tracking back" his absences are usually attributed to. Ben Arfa Pass/Touch as a percentage by game...
  24. Which makes it all the more important that he passes to the players that have been freed up. Total waste of time him drawing the opposition to himself if he doesn't.
