  1. All time listening cloud from lastfm http://lastfm.dontdrinkandroot.net/
  2. It's nae 6music like. Can't imagine anyone of any age being particularly upset, apart from those comedians you mention. No-one over 18 interested because it's trying to be a yoof channel, no-one under 18 interested because da yoof are all watching downloads on their tablet.
  3. That was 10/11. They sold £6m of talent last year.
  4. Spent £50m on players too. ...and another £50m this year.
  5. You're trying to start an argument against one of Pardew's staunchest defenders on here now. He's not being harsh on the dipshit. Pardew's own weekend was probably ruined as much as anyone else's.
  6. Been going round the world to see how it's being covered elsewhere. So while Jeff Stelling would say.... https://vine.co/v/MKxu7KTMlqe Japan Today report more soberly that... "Pardew was sent to the stands after inclining his head towards Meyler during a second-half touchline confrontation" http://www.japantoday.com/category/sports/view/chelsea-pull-clear-pardew-sent-off-for-headbutt USA today says... "Alan Pardew was sent to the stands after he appeared to headbutt Hull City midfielder David Meyler" No hyperbole there. What it does call "amazing" is Stelling's reaction...which it links to as a video. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/03/newcastle-pardew-headbutt-hull/ The headbutt was a disgrace. But it pales into insignificance compared to dozens of other on pitch assaults. As bad as Canona's Kung Fu kick? No. As bad a Suarez getting all bitey? Course not. Barton's elbowy, kicky, headbutt at Man City? Nowhere near. Di Canio taking down a referee, or Prutton...Ben Thatcher's elbow or Roy Keane's career ender. Pardew's a manager and will be held to higher standards. As he should. But the desperation of our local media to sensationalise is pathetic.
  7. They aren't backing his apology and mea culpa? It's not as if he's defended his actions.
  8. My Mrs doesn't care about football, but she was losing her blob watching them go on and on about what a massive huge, disgrace it was on MOTD... so I thought I would edit it down to a short selection of the criticism. I'm sure it's very fair from an outsider perspective.... Why was Meyler booked though?
  9. Just watching motd. That first goal was lush. I've given krul plenty of stick for his throwing so it was satisfying to see us break from him hitting it to the half way line
  10. Not to mention it propelling us to first place on motd. If that is replicated on goals on Sunday, Monday night football and on highlights shows around the globe Ashley will be delighted with it. If he'd done it at a home game with all the advertising on show ashley would likely give him the money back and extra in a bonus.
  11. In comparison to other violent ex-pros and managers who have come over all saintly to collect their media shilling? Aye, we should.
  12. Joey Barton the only one of these chumps who all have a dodgy past not embarrassing himself...
  13. 6th if city win 7th if any of the top 6 contest the fa cup final
  14. People talking shite about never seeing owt like it... http://www.bbc.co.uk/nottingham/content/articles/2008/06/13/clough_apology_1989_video_feature.shtml Pardew is owed an apology.
  15. Me too. Don't think it's a sacking offense, but I'll find it equally funny if Pardew does go for it as well though.
  16. My extended thoughts on the books are pretty much the same as they were last year... http://nufc-ashlies.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/the-myth-of-mike-ashleys-financial.html
  17. Wages swallow up increased TV income almost immediately... Look at the Rooney deal. Just another player/agent windfall.
