1. Get Dancing by Disco Tex and the Sex-O-Lettes.
2. You see characters man. Whatever happened to the stinky, tourettes suffering bloke who used to hide behind a bin-bag, giving everyone the v's? Never seen him for donkeys. There was also a (faux) posh fella who used to get his flask out but only filled it with water, he'd pour it into a proper china cup and use a saucer and add his sugar, milk and tea in transit. I can't imagine he escaped abuse.
3. Probably, but then I'm rash. vvvvvvvvvvv
4. But it's also set in New York, so it's the same. 101685 Are you suggesting Seinfeld didn't revolutionise the American sitcom and that the majority of sitcoms haven't used its formula (or lack of formula) ever since? That all sitcoms were previously based on a conceit, such as a bar, a taxi rank, a military hospital or a family and that Seinfeld changed that, so sitcoms could be about nothing, which Freinds took wholesale and repackaged with better looking, more appealing, less funny actors? 101688 Well you've got a point but in no way would I call Friends a clone. I haven't really given it much thought but I suppose Seinfeld did focus on the dynamic of a group of friends, but was it really the first to do this? Plus it did have at least two set locations which accounted for the majority of takes - Jerry's flat or the cafe (again similar to Friends Monica's flat and central perk). However, I can't help thinking the fact that Seinfeld was funny sets it apart from Friends. For me, this was because the humour was different. Friends was situational and tired, whereas Seinfeld was sureal and inspired. 101704 Happy Days
5. I thought Audible were doing a $3.95 subscription for 4 episodes.

7. Not at all, no Ziggy in sight. 101670 That's a bit like saying Freinds isn't a Seinfeld clone because Kramer isn't in it. 101674 Are you suggesting Friends is a Seinfeld clone? Anyway, in LoM the character has gone back in a timewarp, although there is a strong suggestion he is stck in a lucid dream (being in a coma in reality). However, he is always himself, and doesn't move around time, so it is a bit different really. 101680 I'm not suggesting, I'm stating the fact. I never watched Quantum Leap either like, it was just Doctor Who repackaged.

9. I never saw a second of it but I think it's safe to say, Quantum Leap TBH
10. The closer to Toon you live the worse it is I think. I pay ÂŁ61.50 for a 4 week all zone pass. That's just under ÂŁ2.20 a day. That gets me at least 20 miles a day though so it's quite reasonable. When it costs ÂŁ1.20 to go 2 stops or whatever, that's shoocking, but they want people to get passes don't they. If I lived closer, I'd probably cycle it.

Beck does a class live show. Well worth seeing.
12. Childish bullying to be honest you sad twat.
13. Modern Music - Black Mountain World of Vibrations - Blackalicious Bees - Caribou Morning Wonder - The Earlies Schrapnell - Isolée Tan Ta Ra - LFO This Magic Moment - Lou Reed 22 Grand Job - The Rakes
14. Everyday objects tbh. Make an interesting dismissal case...... 101447 Aye, it happened to be the eye my boss took a special interest in. Bye bye bonus
15. Class. Wye aye, Wye aye man! When I was out on Saturday an alltime classic song came on and then someone told me it was the blackeyed peas who'd sampled it. I was severely inebriated at the time though. can anyone tell me what song they've ripped off? Cheers 101291 aye its off pulp fiction called Misirlou and was sung by dick dale and his deltones. 101408 Aye, that was the one. Here's me giving it me best John Travolta, dancing me back off and someone tells me it's being performed by a band I loathe. Shudder
16. Did anyone else read Jeremy Clarksons comments in the Times today. I thought he came accross as a bit of a arse. He sounds like a tobacco company executive denying a link between smoking and health problems. I normally like him too.
17. Only used it twice since my incident last year. If I started using it again I'd end up either killing someone or being killed I reckon. Driving is infinitely preferable. 101356 If you have an 'incident', isn't that a result of being in public, rather than on the metro. I was walking down King Street a few years back and 2 lads tried to give me a pasting. I don't hate King Street now though, just arseholes.
18. I like public Transport personally, but then I don't get a school run. My bus is virtually empty and I get a lovely boat ride on the ferry twice a day. Get all my reading done on public transport. I drove for 2 years and never read a proper book in the whole time. Plus I do a lot of walking now. I'd be a fat shit if I drove everywhere and sat at my desk all day. Plus With the traffic into Newcastle and through the tunnel. Public transport is quicker.
19. Any chance of a "Not Work Safe". My boss normally turns a blind eye, but not to that.

21. Aye, especially when the stuttering prick can't even speak English properly.
22. DotBum to be burned at the stake for daring to support someone else!!! 99927 It's getting Iraqy in here. Best close it down to stop the insurgents.
23. Even if we were shit (which we weren't), and as bad as any Souness performance (which it wasn't), what does that prove and what do you want from us? Does it show Roeder is not good enough and we should be singing "Roeder/Shearer out" and booing (which we never really did to Souness tbf). Well there's no point because he's not staying and doesn't even want the job. Does it show Souness was getting the best out of his players? No, because the league performances under Roeder before last night were widely accepted to have been infinitely better. Does it prove the players we have aren't good enough? Well perhaps, but only when injuries gip us. And who bought these players anyway?
24. Dunno, but he's a funny bloke, and his Free Speech speech was most good:
