Even Dwarfs Started Small You wouldn't believe the nightmares I was having last night. Every time I closed my eyes dwarfs were chasing me on motorbikes. I'm absoloutley wrecked this morning. Must have had 2 hours all night. I think it's the scariest film I've ever seen. -

I'm not sure, perhaps people do regress to incomprehensible idiots with an inability to spell or complete a coherent sentence after a few pints, but I'm not convinced. I was out from midday yesterday came in at half 2 this morning and posted a couple of correctly spelled and lucid responses. Can't fathom anyone being unable to.

A great film in my opinion, but wasn't Shawshank Redemption also in the Oscar running that year too ? Aye. But Pulp Fiction is better

FORREST GUMP 9pm FILM4 The player hater's will tell you it's shite but as much as it should never have beaten Pulp Fiction to best film, it's still a fantastic film. Nowt like a high achieving simpleton to evoke good feelings within.

Better than 1? I hear they're making 3. w00t, or some other nerdy catchphrase of unmitigated joy. -
NEW YORK, NEW YORK 2pm ITV3 Martin Scorsese's underrated gem. I say that, but I wouldn't have a clue having never seen it. But I've got Bobby De Niro's Blue Moon on my ipod and it's fantastic. Course, if you've got any sense you'll be at the match, but get sky+ on the job and you'll be sorted for some hangover viewing in the morning.

When the two films are virtually identical and there's no apparent reason given for liking the first one and hating the second, the only thing I can presume is that the debut was out of nowhere by an unknown which meant nobody had any prejudice against it. Going into Snatch everyone knew more about Ritchie and couldn't forgive him treading the same ground as if it's all he knows is being the geezer that he is, and that pissed them off. If that's daft, so fuck, because if no one can explain why they were so different class it's the only logical explanation I can come to. In my opinion they aren't virtually identical. In my opinion Lock Stock was far the more entertaining film. That's all really. I don't like to over-analyse films so that's as much as I can give you by way of logical explanation for why I prefer one over the other. Watching films to me is about being entertained, so if one film entertains me and another doesn't, I tend to prefer the former over the latter. Maybe Leazes could use a similar argument as to why Shepherd is best for Newcastle and stop trying to come up with actual reasons. Save us all some time.
