Not for the first time I'm going to have to disagree. A couple of my mates actually turned it off after the bit where they attended the rally and 12 year old was allowed to travel back in the front seat of the car, wouldn't happen tbh and it went down hill from then onwards. Your little flag there suggests you just didn't like the portrayal of your Nazi buddies as lonely, emotionally stunted incompetents. -

La Haine is fucking class. It's possibly even better than City Of God tbh and that's some praise! Agreed, excellent. What was the purpose of the cow? -
you do have some stories Only when he's read the reader's letters section of his dad's 1970s playboy magazines. BJ's hadn't been invented in the 70's had they? didn't you invent them? Unfortunately not, but imagine having the accolade of inventing the blow job! Linda Lovelace, 1972, wasn't it?

I may be naive, but ATM'd? http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=A.T.M. Edit: WTF, the link is going to the wrong page. Add a dot to the end.

On the metro to the match my cousin was telling me about a dirty bitch who he ATM'd last Friday. The pensioner sat next to us was pissing himself. EDIT: With laughter.

It does a very good job of celebrating the original skinhead culture (suggesting they started by embracing immigrants to their working class bosom and integrating their music, fashion and leisure pursuits) while also damning the fringe characters who exploited the image for far uglier purposes.

Just not being willfully obtuse. I'll have to nip that in the bud if I'm to fit in I suppose.

More people want him now than wanted him then. You can change your mind about what you said 2 days ago though, right? I think anyone with the power of thought knows more people wanted Allardyce than just the spakey Jedi and that Allardyce currently looks a better option than Roeder, I was exagerrating for the sake of a point. People are free to change there mind as they see fit, all I've done is recognise I was being a tad hyperbolic.

Is agreeing with .COM, the Chronicle, a substantial number of people on here and N-O and everyone I know what's deemed controversial these days?

Gemmill When we appointed Roeder I posted in various places that it felt like an opportunity missed to really get someone decent in. At least I had the sense to realise a long time ago that he needed to go - until a week or so ago you wanted him here next season. Wasnt HF's original point that appointing Allardyce will be repeating the same mistake?? Missed opp to get someone decent? A meringue? Maybe, but then he made the mistake of saying that Allardyce was no better a manager than Roeder, which is quite clearly bollocks. Yep. I took that back. Not many people could be as bad as Roeder, but then that's why we accepted him in the first place ("at least it's not Souness"). How long are we going to have to be grateful for mini mercys?

Sorry, but that's just bollocks. I've had a look at a lot of older threads yesterday and there were many who wanted him full time last time (ahead of Roeder) - myself included. +1 HF- Back to the film books for you, I'm afraid. And there's more, (with some all for it admittedly, not as many as now though) http://www.toontastic.net/forum/index.php?...ic=1677&hl= I understand times/opinions change, but if Shepherd brings in "Big Sam" he's just perpetuating the revolving door situation that keeps attention away from his failings. As fans we're begging for it by blaming Roeder over Shepherd. I see little benefit from going down this path again. -5
