We only look like we can hurt the top teams. That's just like the old days of Pardew/Carver, when we've put in spirited performances it's usually been against attacking teams when we've scored goals in the space they leave trying to pursue a win. Outside of some enthusiasm against Southampton, every game against other teams outside of the top 6 has been as bad as ever. No imagination when it comes to playing through a team that's been setup to defend. Hopefully Mitrovic can make a difference there.
