That the most stupid thing about these things, they are about as real and non-scripted as a soap opera. Not really like. Not in the sense that every line of dialogue is scripted, but it's all pre-planned and pre-set up and often quite seriously jigged along behind the scenes/off camera to get exactly what they want; that is "good" TV moments. I don't reckon the contestants have any idea what's meant to happen.
