Either way, you half it up and re-use after each wipe until any further folding isn't possible. He blew me away with his technique though. He takes 4 or 5 sheets and folds over a half sheet at one end, he then wipes and folds and wipes and folds his way down the length of it until clean and is left with a nice tidy poo concertina.
