Actually, having taken a closer look, light blue is 'nearly sold out', so there's probably about three quarters of the stadium that is sold out or almost. There's only a couple of areas with very good availibility (less than a 1/4 sold I'd estimate). Everything else in between is good (about 1/2 full) or limited (about 3/4 full) availibility. with over a week to go I'm estimating 50,000. Sorry for the rumpus.

The site's dead snazzy though. You can zoom in on any of thos sections and see exacly which seats are taken and which are available.

Has anyone else been to (pretend to) buy Bolton tickets online and seen the availibility? Either good to very good availibility in about 30 sections across all stands. I'm struggling to upload the image though.

I was dead against Dalglish getting the job but all for Gullit. Fair enough, what are you criticising it for then ? The owners/chairmen have to be judged on the managers they appoint. Just like managers are judged on their signings and how they perform. Under the previous regime, the job went from attracting the top names in the game at the time, young and old (Dalglish/Gullit/Robson), to failed managers no-one else wanted. That's what I'm criticising. Within 3 years Ashley is going to have to replace Keegan, we'll see then if he's had any positive effect at the club. my point being that if he has the wrong idea and isn't ambitious, then he will end up wasting Keegan. Well if (like Asley says) Keegan is identifying the players and what he'd pay for them that's not a problem.

At the end of the day* all the owners over the last 15 years have backed their managers. It's just that Shepherd appointed Dalglish, Gullit, Souness, Roeder and Allardyce to varying degrees of failure. The only appointment Ashley has made is Keegan so let's wait and see how that works out. *EDIT: Shit, did I just write that.
