Doumbia looks like someone with a buy clause on a small number of games without the fitness to justify the financial outlay it would incur. Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk

Newcastle's Utter Fucking Cunts versus Swansea City AFC
Happy Face replied to trophyshy's topic in Newcastle Forum
Whenever I see him live I don't like his work rate off the ball. On TV I'm always happy with his endeavor, if not his end product. Will be keeping my eye on him tonight. Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk -
These are the contingency payments the club was liable for over the past 7 season. However, the payments were only actually made prior to 2011 (grey). In every set of accounts since then (blue), the club have stated that "the directors do not currently think that it is probable that such sums will be payable on the basis that the qualifying criteria are not currently expected to be met" While the immediate thought that springs to mind is that the club are holding players back from first team action to avoid triggering payments, the other point of view would be that the players the club are buying are less able to play at a Premier League standard. Neither reflect well on the club, but we have very recent evidence of the former from the Jonas Gutierrez case, where a player that was good enough was not played purposely. Also noteworthy are the decreasing sums that the club are liable to pay. It looks to be a policy decision that the club don't want to be required to pay clubs anything but an initial fee. This severely restricts the club’s ability to sign good prospects at a reasonable price, as most clubs that have invested in coaching a youth through their academy or feeding them into their first team want some payback when their potential is met. Mike Ashley is clearly opposed to any other clubs benefiting from the performance of his players, no matter how great the on pitch benefit to Newcastle United.

I have several graphs for the household income/spending of course. Doesn't everyone?

We only have individual accounts to maximise the benefits. I have 3 current accounts and standing orders to collect the benefits from them. The wife has 2. Ultimately though she gives all her money to me and I sort all the bills. Including the mortgage and insurance on our own flats that we rent out and I manage the income from. She spends whatever she wants on the credit card and would never take the piss... Nor would I ever question any of her spending because I spend more on 1 matchday than she does in a month. She's always been brilliant with money. Hotukdeals, money saving expert, quidco and all that. We get deliveries every day and sometimes I joke about her over spending, but it all goes in the loft and covers birthdays and Christmas rather than paying top whack the week before. I earn twice what she does but she's bringing up my kids. If we split then we'd go back to our own flats and take half the profits from the house each.

This book says someone appointed during the financial year still has to have their total package reported, not just what was accrued as a proportion... https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=ZVNMAQAAQBAJ&pg=PA5025&lpg=PA5025&dq=highest+paid+director+rules&source=bl&ots=Whn_lQLToO&sig=rPvBwbJ2vkih-Hk131leCeYLLfg&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwii6_PlmZjMAhXBMyYKHW4uCYkQ6AEIKDAC#v=onepage&q=highest%20paid%20director%20rules&f=false Secion 5.202

Don't think for a second he was on £3k a week, just another example of dodgy shite from the club, whether they delineated roles and paid him £0 as a director or have been incompetent in compiling their reports. The board's always been a complete facade.

Page 8 (non-numbered pages) says he was appointed director on 19/06.

The accounts don't say what Charnley is on. They say what the highest paid director is on on. On 30 June 2015 Steve McClaren was a director. Which suggests it was him who was on a £150,000 salary. Either McClaren was on a pittance for a Premier League manager or the club haven't declared what the highest paid director was on.

Not from within the app, works if you cast the phone screen and then open the app. But you have to leave the screen on your phone so it'll be as hot as the surface of the sun if you watch a whole film like that.

The email they sent to media outlets signed off "We are UNITED" I know that's the tagline on all communication now but it comes across as Orwellian double speak when the topic is one of your own players suing you.

Aye. I liked the oneplus 2 I got a few months back but sold it on because my 1 year old oneplus 1 was still fine. Think I'll stick with it until it breaks.

Almost a third (33%) of the UK population experienced poverty in at least one year between 2010 and 2013, equivalent to approximately 19.3 million people. In 2013, 7.8% of the UK population were considered to be in persistent income poverty, equivalent to around 4.6 million people. Persistent poverty is defined as being in relative income poverty both in the current year and at least two out of the three preceding years. Partay!!!!!

I love whoispablo and anything that uses Ludovicio Einaudi so was a sucker for this, despite it looking at the prequels rather than the new sequels.
