Not to worry, the world ends in 2012 anyway.

Good to see the FA's fit and proper person test is working as well as always.

Shocking news

Been playing the beta weekend, quite liking it so far, but its nothing new tbh. Bounty Hunters are cool though

That applies to most ex-player pundits tbf

Think you can buy one just outside one of the main towns, Markath maybe?
-
Think its magic sellers that buy stuff like that, the guys that sell spells and stuff. Or a general goods vendor, think they buy just about anything.

You don't need smithing tbh, it's just an easy way to get better weapons and armour early on. Handy to be able to upgrade them too, but you can skip it easily enough. I never had any cash problems just by questing, just loot the stuff that sells well and leave the crap behind. Best way to store stuff is to buy yourself a house in one of the major cities, think the cheapest one is 5000 gold in Whiterun. Just need to be well in with the Jarls before they offer one for sale.

Some guys are working on a PC UI mod now, might be awhile before we see it though.

Grew up watching most of their stuff Always loved this introl

Aye, the music is quality, as are the voice-overs, far better than Oblivions 3-4 people voicing everybody in the whole game. Can't go wrong with a bit of Max Von Sydow
-
Think the soft level cap is about 50, just gets harder to level after that. Max level is 70ish iirc.

Back playing in the MLS now iirc.

Aye, thats the one thing that lets the game down for me, a sub-standard UI. Might be ok with a console controller, but there's no excuse for not having a decent PC UI in this day and age. Hopefully the modders will do a better one sooner or later, like they did with Obilvion.

Level 20ish atm, got my smithing high enough to make some snazzy looking Orc armour, nabbed a couple of the Daedra Artifacts including a swish sword, about halfway through the main quest and have just started a civil war. Probably barely done 10% of the game so far.........

Sort of, you just pick your race now, no class choice. You just level up with whatever skills you want to. There's various Standing Stones you can activate that give you bonuses like the Birthsigns used to, 3 of these give you a buff to raising your magic, thief or warrior skills. No stats this time either, just health, stamina and magicka. It's fairly streamlined\dumbed down, but it works just fine.
